Pray tell you grotesque freak. I've missed a shit bucket of home games so it may well be true. Would've got third degree cringe if I'd seen it.

The only grotesque freak on this site, is the brain dead heap of shit, that bores us all to death, with more shit coming out of his mouth than his arse. YOU, DUMBO! Sorry, don't mean to be rude. MR. DUMBO.

Every time I hear a player or manager mention "bouncing back" it reminds me of...

Haha Id forgotten that one! Reminds me of their classic "I like Trucking" too lol

News sources in Accrington say Kee's loan has ended he's back here while we decide whether he can go back for the rest of the season, both Stanny and the player want the deal to happen.

I assume Weso is back too as nothing has been announced and he deal was up yesterday

I wonder if Pearson is hoping to cash in on a couple of the loan signings... i mean... really... we DO have a lot of people out on loan and some of them dont appear to have the prospect of a career at the club... seems silly to keep sending them out on loan so they can run down their contract.. might as well invite offers for them..

Wesalowski at least i would put in that category.. possibly Billy too as he wants first team football and he is way down the pecking order here at City.. might even add Gradel to that list if you are that way inclined.. I'm sure there are 1 or 2 others...

Apparently Gradel has been barred from appearing in Leeds's FA Cup tie at Old Trafford.

But I don't see the harm in letting him play. We're not likely to still be in the Cup when he comes back, and even if we are, he's not high enough in the pecking order to take part.

might back up my theory he is to be sold then...

Hi folks Burton Albion fan here. First of all got to say well done on a cracking season so far after walking League 1 last season. Seen you a few times on Tv and some of the football has been great. Are the play-offs a serious possibility?

Anyway thought I'd give you an update on how Tom Parkes got on with us yesterday. For an 18 year old with no league experience and having only joined up with the team the day before...as debuts go he was excellent. Not sure if many of you have ever seen him play, but he's a very big and mobile lad for an 18 year old.

After a shaky team start (2 down after 15mins, although none were his fault) he played like he had been there all season.

Struck off a great understanding with Jamo (Our other CB) from the off and was very confident and composed. Tackled really well giving only a couple of fouls away, and stuck his head in where it hurts. Great header off the ball getting real distance, and he's also no slouch. Stood up well to a big physical centre forward giving as good as he got in a real physical, but fair battle. Another thing I noticed for a CB he had very good footwork. Got out of a few dodgy situations with great footwork and also passed the ball well. I read on another post that someone stated he sometimes hoofed the ball, but this isn't always a bad thing. Yesterday he cleared up really well, but didn't just hoof the thing. Most clearences were down the wings making it very difficult for the opposition as we had a really lively striker.

Overall an excellent debut and he looks a great prospect for the future.

I woud love to have him for the rest of the season because our other 2 centre backs are a bit hit and miss. Guy Branston is simply dreadful and most Albion fans can't stand the bloke, and Stridey our captain who has been with us for 10+ years is getting on a bit and is a bit injury proned. Whether we can fit him in our budget and you'd extend it is another problem. Maybe a season long-loan next season with a call-back clause due to the location of the 2 clubs???

Here's to a great 2nd half of the season to both clubs with rewards at the end.

Fantastic stuff, thanks for the update. I've watched him all season for our Academy side and he is one of the standout players. Captains the Under 18 side. Great loan for him, any updates through his spell would be greatly appreciated. Good luck for the rest of the season.

:giggle: You'll get murdered by some for saying that but then again QPR and Sheff Yoo have been highs of the season. Here's hoping a bit of drama in May is on the cards.

I've been to see Albion on about three occasions this season and they have become a bit of a second team. With my personal favourite of yours being Old Gregg Pearson! Seen you against Morecambe and County (home and away). My brother is remarking how much he prefers at the minute going the Pirelli as opposed to the Walkers due to if anything the support. The football on display is always entertaining - against County, there was at least the dismal showing of Steve Kabba!

Loved seeing you come back against County at Meadow Lane however. Hopefully provided I get out of the dentist quick enough I might make Wednesday night's match against Lincoln.

I've seen Parkes once and I don't know why but the stature of the lad just impresses me. So I was sad to see the Yoof get five past against Liverpool and then him be 2 down in 20 minutes on his league debut. Extremely pleased you managed the comeback. In my quest to do the 92, I may well be joining the Brewers next season on more occasions.

Nicky Adams has started for leyton orient tonight against charlton

... and was again ever-present in the 1-0 away win (!) - shots, passes and crosses from all over the place. He seems to be carrying the Orient at the moment. Great experience for Adams. I hope he comes back to Leicester an even better player.

Assuming we're going to keep him.

Comments about Adams.

He started as well unlike Gradel. Why haven't we played this lad more this season?

Adams is no different to so many signings by City who get signed but are not actually utilised more than momentarily. Over the years the number is truly staggering and the waste of wages extraordinary given the club's financial situation.

Remember the foreign legion? Kaebi, Djiziri, goalkeeper Neilsen, Bori, Laczko, Ferrera? Under Pearson there's been a massive improvement. DJ, Adams and Gradel have been largely sidelined, but they weren't Pearson's signings in the first place.
