villains of the club - alan shearer for his kick at neil lennons head.

dennis wise for absolutely everything.

mark mcgee for his comments on wolves being a bigger club when he left.

not alot of people know - the old filbert street had an exact replica of the staue of liberty in the corner of the ground, (reduced in size of course)

That's because it aint so. the Statue of Liberty replica used to be on the top of the Liberty Shoe Factory on the corner of Walnut St & Eastern Boulevard.

It was taken down when the factory was demolished so they could build student accommodation and was supposed, under the planning regulations to have been put atop of the new building but as often happens this was ignored. It's now been placed atop of a plinth on the traffic island as you approach the site of the old Liberty Factory and the new student accommodation.

Keith Weller (can't believe I'm saying this). I remember him refusing to come out for the second half against Ipswich (I think). Maybe not a villain as such - but no player is bigger than the club

Les Ferdinand????? Fans player of the year that year players player of the year that year your having a larrrrfffffff!

He was too old and retired........

however city payed for surgery for his knee problems after the season and then as soon as the surgery was done he walked out for bolton. seems pretty twatish to me.

lol

Frank Sinclair for scoring 15 OG's a season.

But to be fair Sinclair did very well for us, and won the player of the season award too I think.

Any way another villain: Billy Sharp for diving all over the place.

I remember hearing that we sold Spencer Prior because one of the players (either Steve Walsh or Matt Elliott) was sleeping with his wife and it got out. Prior was deemed the most expendable, which is pretty harsh considering it wasn't his fault.

Villains: Martin Keown.......being the catalyst for Micky Adam's departure eg bust up at QPR away. Didn't Keown get upset as LCFC didn't fly to away matches?

He's just a twat. He's a crap pundit too

Shearer for booting Lennon square in the face and then holding the FA to Ransom so he would not get banned! Cunt!

Agreed. That's why I have never ever liked Shearer since.

I echo that. Fugly ucker

How dare you? 'Keown is beautiful' :P

Are you related to Walkers? You've supported city since the 70s and never went to Filbert Street?

Just putting this one out there... is Mr Robbie Savage becoming a little bit of a villian these days?

Another, most certain twat is Junior Lewis, love child to the already mentioned idiot that is and was Peter Taylor. Lee Marshall would also be in that catorgory, but I beleive we actually managed to sell him for money.

Who else has narked me off that hasn't be mentioned?

Leeds Football Club and its followers

Plymouth Argile and its follows (except for Paul Whitehouse)

Chris Kamara

Andrew Impy - take you hands out of your sleeves young man!

Crap players can't really be classed as villains unless they totally didn't try or their name is Denis Wise.

he did go mardy about not flying i remember reading it in a program when we signed him. I didnt realise adams left for that reason i thought he was all but shown the door just had to step through it.

Yep, ignore all the stuff about players as villains as that changes every few months, with the honorable exception of Dennis Wise of course.

The two villains in our history are:

Frank Mclintock (fewest points and goals scored at the time I believe), a truly woeful season from start to finish, I remeber the kop going wild when we got a corner.

Peter Taylor for taking a very good side and screwing it and the club.

This question should perhaps be asked on Bentleys Rood where the posters are of a different generation and have many years of watching shite to get off their chests.
