Some players more than others, some less. IF Davids was one of those "age-doesnt-matter-much" players, then he would not have been without a club for the past season. And also, he's a defensive midfielder, is it not a creative midfielder we need? You're missing the point.... it's edgar fooking davids!!!!

Let me tell you now Leicester fans, this will not be a wise signing. While at White Hart Lane, his performances were consistently poor, his passing was woeful and his attitude was of resounding arrogance. I would like to echo the point of desire: Davids will collect a healthy weekly wage and will offer the bare minimum (on and off the pitch). I doubt he has the quality to unseat your current starting midfielders anyway, so he will probably just turn out to be an expensive bench warmer. Considering he hasn't played competitively for nearly 18months, he won't even have the fitness to offer that tenacious bulldog spirit. In short lads: Avoid
