Gaffer Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 DJ and Dickov up front for the Rams in a relegation season. That's a dream
davieG Posted 26 November 2009 Author Posted 26 November 2009 what is this a dictatorship or something?i'd be more than happy for him to go, play badly and derby get relegated As we have him under contract until June 2011 that would guarantee we make a big loss on him, sooner he performs sufficiently well so that we can get some decent cash for him or he returns and makes a contribution to our own challenges. Can't see the point in cutting your nose off to spite your face in order to get some minor gratification from the situation.

You have to wonder at the mindset of anyone who doesn't see this reality? DJ is a twat. A hopeless twat who is the nearest thing to Elvis Hammond since Elvis Hammond. But he's our Elvis Hammond-like twat, contracted to us and going nowhere...so I hope beyond hope that he will suddenly develop a vein of form which feeds back positively into this club. That's when I'm not hoping beyond hope that Lucy Pinder is going to turn up at my front door and do my wife with a chocolate eclair.

I havnt been a fan of his for a long time.... wanted rid for a while
MPH Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Get a dictionary. last time i checked a dictator ruled by absolutes. your statement was an absolute..
Daggers Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 last time i checked a dictator ruled by absolutes. your statement was an absolute.. Rule? Seriously? Go back and re-read your dictionary, and this time bear in mind we are posting on an internet forum.
MPH Posted 26 November 2009 Posted 26 November 2009 Rule?Seriously? Go back and re-read your dictionary, and this time bear in mind we are posting on an internet forum. telling people what to do again?
gazzer Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 I'm worried we're not making enough knee-jerk panic last minute loan deals. Sheehan to Swindon. We missed out on that one
Daggers Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 telling people what to do again? If I ruled the internet as a dictator I'd get my cock sucked a hell of a lot more often.
MPH Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 If I ruled the internet as a dictator I'd get my cock sucked a hell of a lot more often. maybe if you did you wouldn't call people a twat for having a different opinion than yourself..
Nick Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 Adios I'd be interested to learn what proportion of his wages Derby are paying and if there is an optional sell clause for January in the loan deal.
davieG Posted 27 November 2009 Author Posted 27 November 2009 From the Merc Pearson has also confirmed that striker DJ Campbell will return to the Walkers Stadium following the month-long loan switch to Derby County which was agreed yesterday.
The Doctor Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 I think you misunderstood me. I was purely responding to FoxForever's claim that the mere fact alone that someone was playing for a Championship club made them a competant footballer.I'm well aware he's not THAT bad. Although to be fair, I challenge you to tell me what exactly he's done for Leicester that Hammond didn't. score goals. There's a vicious rumour going round, coupled with some stats, that suggests that Elvis may have once scored a goal.
Daggers Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 maybe if you did you wouldn't call people a twat for having a different opinion than yourself.. People who don't want what's best for the club are twats...and if that means you're no longer going to chug down a pint of my man milk then that is something I'm just going to have to learn to live with.

The best thing for the club would be to cancel DJ's contract but as there is no way we can do that at the moment (unless we can prove he signed under false pretence of being a football player) we are stuck with him and either need to get him playing for us or someone else paying the majority of his wages, the fact the guy is happy to sit in the reserves and take the lucicrous salary he's on is no surprise.
Babylon Posted 27 November 2009 Posted 27 November 2009 Sheehan to Swindon. We missed out on that one I wondered where Thracian had been, obviously working very hard to broker that deal

We could arrange a card playing bonding trip to Scandinavia .
intotheforest Posted 29 November 2009 Posted 29 November 2009 Good old Nigel Clough. He is like them we buy your tat things. Only thing with Nigel is it has to be Non-League experienced tat. Absolutely laughable.
Edmund Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 I'm sure a lot of you are eating your words as we speak. I'm getting a case of deja vu. Last season he was banging them in for Blackpool, now it's Derby profiting.
Edmund Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 I would also like to add I'm not reacting to todays result, I've always been a fan and still think he can offer us something we don't possess up front.
Samilktray Posted 5 December 2009 Posted 5 December 2009 Probably thinks Pearsons a cunt, s'why he dont perform here.
