Legend_in_blue Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Is there a reason why i can't attach any emoticons to my posts? I have the same problem. None of the buttons above the twitter thing work...
lavrentis Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 They work for me, try pressing "Ctrl + R" or clear your cache. What browser are you in ?
Alexikokopops Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 I like the little box with an arrow thing next to people's names
syston_fox Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 I like the little box with an arrow thing next to people's names I'd never even noticed that! And I see Lavrentis has found the status update bit!
Mark Posted 10 March 2010 Author Posted 10 March 2010 I have the same problem. None of the buttons above the twitter thing work... Are you both using IE? Seems to be a problem.

Legend_in_blue Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Are you both using IE? Seems to be a problem. Yes, I'm using IE. Is there some sort of workaround or do I have to start using a different web browser?
Jaspa Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 I fixed that last night. clicky Oh sweet. but it jus happened to me 20minutes ago nd i closed the tab thinkin i couldnt go back to FT nd then figured what happened. Mustve just been the way the link was put in because it was the actual URL not 'Clicky' or any other tab name. But thnx 4 makin the forum better.

Brainy Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Personally I reckon the rating system has been abused a little bit.
Guest Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 If anyone is going to get upset by the ratings system on an internet forum, they must have bigger "issues" than I have, and should probably go and seek professional help.
Nick Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Personally I reckon the rating system has been abused a little bit. Yes though are you aware that each poster is only able to give a few positive or negative votes per day? This on reflection makes your rating of -27 look less like a degree of 'abuse' and more like generic public opinion. It's now just so much easier not to have to argue with the rubbish some post, Walkers, - people can now just click a button to express that what they are reading is drivel.
Brainy Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 If anyone is going to get upset by the ratings system on an internet forum, they must have bigger "issues" than I have, and should probably go and seek professional help. Try not to take everything I say too seriously.
Nick Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 Try not to take everything I say too seriously. If I was upset, one of my options would be to open multiple accounts and vote to make myself look bad........ then it'd look better..... possibly.
MPH Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 any chance we could have the sub forums Menu tabs at the bottom of the page like before? thanks
Samilktray Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 I have no ratings yet, what the fuck is going on?
Guest Posted 10 March 2010 Posted 10 March 2010 I have no ratings yet, what the fook is going on? I have, or had, a rating. Who, what and why?
Craig Posted 11 March 2010 Posted 11 March 2010 Still really slow for me also. It's quite frustrating. Apart from that it's a definite improvement
Mark Posted 11 March 2010 Author Posted 11 March 2010 Still really slow for me also. It's quite frustrating. Apart from that it's a definite improvement I'm running a script to sort out old posts, it'll be slow till morning.
Matt Posted 11 March 2010 Posted 11 March 2010 Slow, and also when clicking on the James Vaughan link it opened in the same tab/window taking me off this site - Links have opened for me in new tabs/windows before but that link didn't, I am using Firefox.
