No you can drive up that way.That car on the left hand side of the picture can turn either way. Its a one way street from that junction so the car turns left onto a one way street or turns right onto a one way street.

 

Hence why the bike lane changes sides :thumbup:

Yeah thanks for clearing that up.

Not really cleared anything up we still dont know what were looking at lol . Ill stick to it being the person on the right being sick. Rico can you confirm
