The question then being who owns AFI in what proportions. Clearly Milan still has a stake or he wouldn't be Chairman. It could be not a lot though. Could be that Milan as Chairman was part of the deal - usually when companies are bought out the investors insist on the current MD for a set time before full payment

Atkinson has stressed that he's only willing to join on the basis that Anthony Daley (using his full Christian name as promised) follows him. His foot's well and truly down on that one, there's no shifting him.
