Sousa's arrogance has swept through this club like cancer, as soon as he came, he set about completely fooking the mindset of our existing defenders by bringing in a couple of chummy pals, who have turned out to be abject at best.

The idea that he could add a couple of Algarve beach bums to the squad and improve it, has spectacularly blown up in his face. His seeming inability to know his best 11 also causes great concern.

He will have to go this week for this club to kick on. The players are good enough, they just need to feel welcome and at present, they don't. Hobbs must think he is hated to be not picked as a matter of course.
