shen Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 He's not that stubborn then. 433 just doesn't work with Howard as the middle man. Waghorn would be better in that role, but we don't have anyone that can play on the right instead. N'Guessan
Ric Flair Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 If the title of this thread read Sousa ponders Greek switch i'd be on my vinegars by now. I wonder if they are serious in wanting him, Mandaric needs to stitch him up like he did to Pearson. This would be magical.
Webbo Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 It's pasted from the original post Wouldn't have happened if I was a mod.
marbelladave Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 I'm a big fan of 4-4-2, in case you hadn't noticed. Flat back 4, two holding players in front of them, attack from the flanks with a creative or pacy second striker playing off the center forward. Like I said, 4-4-fooking-2. (it's really, really not 4-2-3-1....honest....)

Webbo Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 You're lucky I'm not an admin. I'd have probably banned you.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 It's all very well saying he might switch to a 4-4-2 formation, but will any of the players be working on it at the training ground this week considering some of the insites we've had into his training methods?
okie fox Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 It's quite a switch from 2-5-3 to 4-4-2. Hope the team can adjust by Saturday.

jimmer Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Nice of him to tell our opposition this aswell...........
J.Lisemore Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Please AEK Athens, please take him off us.
StanSP Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 goal of the season And the reason for this...?
Spiritwalker Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Nice of him to tell our opposition this aswell........... Maybe it's a double bluff.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Nice of him to tell our opposition this aswell........... It's called a double bluff - watch the S****horpe Managers anger rise as he realises we're still playing 451/433 (whatever it is we play). Part of me's suprised Sousa didn't go the other way with the strikers considering our difficulty in keeping goals out and went with the new and not so exciting 460 formation!
DB11 Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 The last paragraph in that is the only thing worth reading!
Koke Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 4-4-2 with Oakley stuck out wide? No thanks. I bet poor Waghorn will be stuck on the right wing though.
Wymsey Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 4-4-2 ? Like the 1st half at Palace ? What was the formation in the second half do you know as we were apparently brilliant then.
SeattleShane Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 was just wondering if the players didnt like Sousa that they woudnt play to win,
colbo68 Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 whats the point of this thread? how on earth could we know if they like him and want to play for him?
StanSP Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 Oh god. I think this is possibly worse than the 'I want us to lose' thread.
