C-man Posted 10 March 2007 Posted 10 March 2007 just wondered what your opinions were, i used to like him but now he just gets on my nerves. Both! Two blasts from the past. Don't like the fat bastard.
Daggers Posted 10 March 2007 Posted 10 March 2007 He supports Leeds - therefore he is a ****. Ancient Greeks would really dig that form of deduction
Bert Posted 10 March 2007 Posted 10 March 2007 Just a bit to much, he was funny when he wasn't so well known, but now he tries a bit too much.
Raw Dykes Posted 19 August 2011 Posted 19 August 2011 Chris Moyles is possibly the most despicable person on the planet. He's an unfunny, talentless, cowardly, obnoxious, greedy, spoilt **** who gets paid a king's ransom to entertain - something at which he's entirely unqualified. He picks on innocent people, in a depressingly unfunny way, for no apparent reason other than that's all he can do. I hope one day he picks on the wrong person and gets what he deserves - his head stoved in. He's an obese, cretinous bully. It makes me physically sick to think about how such a horrible moron could be so popular.

He used to annoy the fuck out of me but haven't listened to Radio 1 for a few years now so not sure what he is like now. (much the same judging by your post!)
Swalker Posted 19 August 2011 Posted 19 August 2011 He's funny but nowhere near a comedy genius. more just another funny guy
Fox92 Posted 19 August 2011 Posted 19 August 2011 I do not like him, he is not funny and I do not understand his stupid quiz show (which is on tonight, I think, or maybe tomorow. Its that bad its messing with my head )
I am Rod Hull Posted 19 August 2011 Posted 19 August 2011 I`v had funnier tooth ache.... But i dont listen to BBC radio 1 or whatever he does now.... He`s funny if you`re thick, i suppose.... (like Jimmy fookin Cricket)..
broughtonblue Posted 19 August 2011 Posted 19 August 2011 love the bloke, dont listen to his show very often, but download his podcasts, sorry, free downloads! the chat between them is brilliant
Rincewind Posted 19 August 2011 Posted 19 August 2011 Don't know enough about him to vote one way or another
Zingari Posted 19 August 2011 Posted 19 August 2011 Don't know enough about him to vote one way or another Neither do I ,but in such circumstances I just use the law of averages or simple logic , and ask myself are there more fat pricks or comedy geniuses in the world ?
Guest ttfn Posted 19 August 2011 Posted 19 August 2011 I stopped listening to Radio 1 recently and started listening to radio 2 in the mornings. Just to avoid listening to Moyles. Chris Evans is a million times more charming.

I saw him on Top Gear once.. That once was once too much.. "BRING BACK GARY DAVIS" OOOOH !
accessory Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 I saw him on Top Gear once.. That once was once too much.. The thought of Moyles and Clarkson onscreen simultaneously makes me want to hurl...
Raw Dykes Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 The thought of Moyles and Clarkson onscreen simultaneously makes me want to hurl... Oh christ! AND Richard fvcking Hamster Hammond.
Len Finsbury Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Chris Moyles is the radio equivalent of a tabloid newspaper. Ok to listen to now and again when there's no other option but you wouldn't want to listen to the whole show every day. I find him too sycophantic. His guests on his radio and tv show are always his friends that he's courted with his ass kissing over the years. I think Dave is much more genuine.
Jiggers the Fox Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Oh christ! AND Richard fvcking Hamster Hammond. What's wrong with Richard Hammond!
Raw Dykes Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 What's wrong with Richard Hammond! How long have we got?
Webbo Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Any grown man that listens to Radio 1 deserves all they get.
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Any grown man that listens to Radio 1 deserves all they get. Bring it on then Webbo! (maybe I'm in denial that I'm reaching my 30's?)
Rincewind Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 I stood radio 1 up to my 40's. Then all the DJ's I grew up with started to move to other stations. But what put me off Radio 2 was they still had Terry Wogan. DLT did a stint on Saturdays on another station. Then Steve Wright moved to Radio 2 and they started to play music after 1965 which was an improvement. don't really listen to the radio now. The local stations, Leicester Sound Gem etc play the same music every day mostly in the same order. I dont mind the rock stations but never think to put them on. Radio 2 is better now because they now Play Queen and other rock bands. But I suppose that only means they still cater for the old uns but different old uns. Then you also still get Abba for the ladies
Guest lcfc80 Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 I actually think Dominic Byrne the News/weather/travel on his show is a comedy genius! I agree with that, personally think Chris, Dave and Dom are all very funny on the breakfast show
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 I stopped listening to Radio 1 recently and started listening to radio 2 in the mornings. Just to avoid listening to Moyles. Chris Evans is a million times more charming.
Raw Dykes Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Can anyone please just give me one quote of Chris Moyles that you found funny? I can remember laughing at something he said once, and that is no exaggeration. In all the years that oily pig in a dunce hat has been on the radio making grunting sounds, he's made me laugh ONCE. The guy's an idiot.
