Callabinho Posted 21 March 2011 Posted 21 March 2011 who for Walker or Naughton? Naughton won't stay here, there is a host of premier league clubs who will want him, the only way we can get him is if we out bid. Would it be worth it if they ask for stupid money say 5million? when that could be spent on two or three players? Plus QPR will get significant backing from their owners next season, so warnock will be able to out bid us anyway!
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 21 March 2011 Posted 21 March 2011 It's ok we will have Neilson back next season
NGoloMode Posted 21 March 2011 Posted 21 March 2011 He won't be at Spurs next season after his performance against Arsenal in the League Cup earlier this season. We'll be lucky to have him if we don't go up.
Jimmy Posted 21 March 2011 Posted 21 March 2011 Get Greg Halford from Wolves, played for Pompey on loan against us, always thought he's a decent player or Stuart Parnaby who never gets a game for Birmingham

Fox92 Posted 21 March 2011 Posted 21 March 2011 Alan Hutton? __________________ Honestly though, I think Walker and Naughton are the best right backs England have.
Guest bennytwohats Posted 21 March 2011 Posted 21 March 2011 That caughtoffside website always spout complete and utter bollocks btw - no substance to anything on there. Best to ignore along with most of the other shit that crops up on the bbc rumours page, goal.com, metro etc.
J.Lisemore Posted 21 March 2011 Posted 21 March 2011 Get Greg Halford from Wolves, played for Pompey on loan against us, always thought he's a decent player or Stuart Parnaby who never gets a game for Birmingham Good shout. Did he play at right back against us?
Walshy5 Posted 21 March 2011 Posted 21 March 2011 Will be QPR bound What makes everyone think this? Has it actually been rumoured?
Bugg Posted 21 March 2011 Posted 21 March 2011 What makes everyone think this? Has it actually been rumoured? Warnock wanted to loan him in Jan but we put in a higher offer.

Jimmy Posted 21 March 2011 Posted 21 March 2011 Good shout. Did he play at right back against us? think they had him at CB but he is a right back though
HankMarvin Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 Walker: Catching the eye for Villa Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has quashed rumours that highly-rated full-back Kyle Walker will make his move to Aston Villa permanent. The 20-year-old full-back has impressed on loan at Villa Park and Gerard Houllier is reportedly lining up a £10million summer bid - but Redknapp is adamant the England U21 starlet will return to White Hart Lane at the end of the season. Redknapp said: "Kyle will be back here for sure, he's still learning and got miles to learn but he is a talent, a real prospect. "He has got all the attributes to be an England right-back of the future. He'll come back here and push for a place." Meanwhile, the Londoners seem prepared to allow Kyle Naughton to turn his loan stay at Leicester into a permanent deal.

stix Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 Wheres that from? I just read it on sky sports app on my iphone. Sounds promising. EDIT: http://www.teamtalk.com/premier-league/6832232/Redknapp-rules-out-Walker-switch
Uncle Phil Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 Let's hope it's not just an assumption along the lines of, oh they want to keep Walker so Naughton must be going to Leicester.
Jimmy Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 didn't we nearly sign him full time in Jan and then settle for a loan extension in the end?
