bigneville Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Here's my team i'd like to see for the game on Friday Weale Naughton Bamba Mee Berner Abe Wellens King Gallacher Howard Kamara The team has a focal point when Howard was on the pitch and looked far more threatening. Also, this team only has 3 loan players. I'd like this to be 0 ready for next season, but also would like us to win the game. Dropping Oakley also seems harsh after two of his better games recently, but his ball transfer is too slow and is often the main cause behind the narrow play. Van Aanholt has already started his summer holidays so I'd happily drop him for the ever committed fans favourite Berner. Also, getting rid of the other Chelsea reject Bruma to go back to a balanced pairing at center half.

I actually think he looked better than the Yak down the middle when he played a few games there. His record is 3 in 3 down the middle and I think people have forgotten how good he was there. Had he played down the middle all season he'd be on double figures by now. Also left out Oakley because all though he's been surprisingly good I think we could do with a bit more energy which Abe brings. And we know Abe can play his man marking role pretty well at times as seen with McGugan and Commons earlier this season.

I'd actually like to see Sven do something brave, play someone like Howard. He is the sort of player you want at these sort of times, someone who will give his all and get the players and crowd going. Yakubu wont do that. We'll see what happens though.

Need the Yak firing on all cylinders against the trees.

Vassell and Gallagher on the wings breaking into a 4-2-4 counter attacking team. F#ck the play offs. Just dont lose to Forest. A season where we do the double over both Derby and Forest is one i'd be happy with given where we were after Portsmouth away.
