MikeyT Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 No transfers expected today Not good enough. I want at least 10 more signings by the end of the week. Failing that, 1 would be nice.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 £5million...no higher than that please. If there is official confirmation that Bristol reject this one then this topic can be closed once and for all, yes I know I created this thread but still. How will it effect you personally if we do up the offer?
Bezzanator89 Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 I will think that Bristol have done a good deal of business, they give £1m+ to Crewe as a selling on fee and still get a nice tidy profit on top. And we will feel like we have overpaid for the guy (well I will feel that way anyway), but nevertheless, if we get good a goalscoring stint out of him, the price tag will not be so thought about.

bcfc1897 Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 has he signed??????????????? Probably not - he's on the pitch at Cheltenham at the moment.
Happy Fox Posted 19 July 2011 Author Posted 19 July 2011 Probably not - he's on the pitch at Cheltenham at the moment. Keep us updated on when he is substituted
Bezzanator89 Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 has he signed??????????????? No that would have been my interpretation of how both teams would feel if he did sign for a fee of £5million. One can dream that he'd be sold for that price and put this saga to bed but it hangs in the balance at this stage.
Spudulike Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Keep us updated on when he is substituted Or goes off injured with that dodgy knee. Bring back the Yak
bcfc1897 Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Keep us updated on when he is substituted He's just scored.
Bezzanator89 Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Up goes his over-inflated value by another £500,000....
I am Rod Hull Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 How will it effect you personally if we do up the offer? 20p hike on Pukka pies.
FoxyPalace.com Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 I cant believe this dick aint signed yet, its such a easy choice, Leicester City looking for auto promotion or Bristol City fighting relegation battles most likely! OR Authentic Indian meals or Pastys MMMM cant beat a good Tikka Bhuna, You can stick your Ginsters!
Kent Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Does anyone have any idea what constitutes a 'saga'? I think it's time this had a title.
Danno Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 I swear this whole saga has got me balding. Come on Nicky, save my scalp and good looks. This feels never ending. Really!? What good looks?

Either way, he's eating Leicester-style! Sorry.

The Tikka may be authentic and so may the Bhuna, but put them together and you have a typical British dish. I agree about Ginsters, Cornish rubbish.
BrummieFOX Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 20p hike on Pukka pies. Nope. I have it on good authority that they would simply reduce the chicken a mushroom pies by one piece of both chicken and mushroom thus being able to keep prices the same.

Liamlcfc1 Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Just been talking to my contact about Maynard scoring again they said "His parting gift to the club"
sdb Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Not saying your lying but why would BCFC play someone who's about to leave? Getting him match fit (and risking injury) at the expense of their other forwards?
STUHILL Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Just been talking to my contact about Maynard scoring again they said "His parting gift to the club" Said in jest though?? Is this deal a REAL possibility now then after all these pages of dribble? In LIAM we trust
Liamlcfc1 Posted 19 July 2011 Posted 19 July 2011 Think we will have to see what his reaction is to the fans when he comes off the pitch if the bristol fans can keep us upto date
