Not Owen for me. He now says he wants to stay at Man U, which can only mean he is happy to play a few games a season and pick up a 'gong' for doing sweet f a. Not what is needed here!

Problem with Upson is that he is a Spineless **** who shirks responsibility when the going gets tough. Not what you need in the Champ!

Don't need players who think they're better than they actually are whilst earning the ridiculous wage he would command!

Try nick Carlos Vela off Arsenal, whether its a loan or permanent .. If Wenger gets Benzema which is being rumoured, Vela won't get near there starting 11.

The amount of players we're getting linked to is ridiculous, the novelty is starting to wear off a little with me. (not this thread but in general)

Someone has mentioned Sebastian Larsen, out of contract at Brum. Right sided midfield with defensive capabilities. If Sven does prefer 4-4-2 as reported we need midfielders with all round skills. Larsen would be the sort of player who would suit that requirement. Would we want him, will he go to a Prem side? He's a current Swedish International and only mid twenties.

Adam le fondre is target number 1.

Also ZUIVERLOON and Westwood.

Possibly some quality players from lower leagues. Danny Green would be immense

dont think he woud be that good in the championship :dunno:

I think there are a few prem clubs sniffing around him. Sunderland were one of them, and he'd probably get premier league 1st team football there

sebastian Larsson is available on a free from Birmingham..... :whistle:

There is literally no chance in hell we would get Seb Larsson. He'll stay in the prem, in a top 10 team at least. Quality player.

Waggy deserves a chance!

That video makes me think we should give Waghorn a chance, I also think that he and Weale seemed to work well together from what I can see there... :thumbup:

Would go for chamberlin from southampton

Same. Chamberlain is decent. I would also try and get Lallana from Soton as well but this will now be hard as they are in the championship.

Chamberlain is wanted by a whole host of premiership clubs. No chance.

Lallana wouldn't be bad, but I can't see us getting him either.

Understatement... he will be one of the best players outside the top flight next season, however leicester would not be able to sign him.

I think Tamir Cohen would be a good shout, especially as he is on a free
