I know its maybe to get listeners to tune in , but radio leicester must be one of the most boring stations around . Maybe they will surprise us and it will be massive but i am in agreement its going to be the stadium name change , which isn't really massive news as we all knew it would change sooner rather than later

Buck1983 Posted 5 July 2011 Posted 5 July 2011 Would love to see heskey and yakubu up front. But maybe lacking too much in the pace department for Sven for both of them to be paired up front. However, I think it would give all the defences in the championship a lot of problems. :-)

I would have thought that with the 'loss' of CMS and the 'mucking about' with Maynard, that there'd be renewed speculation about Heskey coming. With McLeish there and loads of new striker names being linked with the Villa, surely there's a good chance that he could return to us ? We know Sven rates him - and he hasn't had a bad record over the last season or two (playing for England only last year). Perhaps Emile's willingness (as reported) to come back with a pay cut, could be infuential ?! I'd rather have him than Yakubu - though not Maynard (at less than £5m !) or Sharp (at £3m).
