CKB Posted 9 May 2011 Posted 9 May 2011 He knows where the net is, but i just dunno if i'd wanna sign Rey Mysterio....
ajthefox Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 As much as I don't like the little twat and do genuinely think we can do better, he would no doubt score goals and on a free, it wouldn't be the worst signing.
MikeyT Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 He scores against us every time he plays so at least this way it couldn't happen!
Libertine Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 Just a few years too late I feel. Great to have on the bench though.
paddy Agyemang Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 all 3 of them players are great and earnshaw for waggy will b happy
Jakemoore Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 At least he won't be able to score against us then. I'm sure he could find a way
LCFCPIGEON Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 On a free i believe. Feel free to correct me if i am wrong but i think his contract is up. if it is good i'll have him if we have to buy it'll be a waste of money and shouldn't buy him.
Jon the Hat Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 Same. I wanted him here so badly four or so years ago. Now it'd just be like a disappointment waiting to happen. I reckon we could do better, sincerely. For a minute I was wondering what this place would be like with a happy Welshman.
80footgiraffe Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 Dont like the ugly koont, but i guess he knows where the goal is. That said , i cant see forest selling. He is out of contract but, (made me feel a bit sick) went on forest's website and it said he wants to renew. It's whether he gets on with the gaffer... First post btw The thing you do have to remember is we hate forest fans, the footballers are just doing a job. I would welcome Earnshaw .
Matt Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 We could do better, alot better. Although as has already been said it might be worth getting him just so he can't score against us.
sven-your-smiling Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 Earnshaw unfortunately. he knows where the goal is and could score alot of goals for us
80footgiraffe Posted 10 May 2011 Posted 10 May 2011 I know I'm probably gonna get hate for this, but I'd spent quite a bit on him tbh. I thnikin a neutral position, we'd realise that it would be good cuz its a bit of a two fingers to forest!
Lambert09 Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 Any one see him against Swansea , nearly dragged Forrest back into the game. We lack a true finnisher like him up front.
MC Prussian Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 He scores against us every time he plays so at least this way it couldn't happen! Ever heard of own goals?
Simmo86 Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 Any one see him against Swansea , nearly dragged Forrest back into the game. We lack a true finnisher like him up front. Did you see the first leg??? He was shite!
RedHux Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 Earnie's been quite literally, a bit hit and miss this year. Love him to bits but he's just not done it this season. Now whether that's due to us not being able to get him the ball in the right areas or he's going off the boil is for someone more knowledgeable then me to say but definitely good to have on the bench at least.

How many games has he played this season, be it from the bench or from the start and how many goals? Just wondering.
RedHux Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 How many games has he played this season, be it from the bench or from the start and how many goals? Just wondering. Started 27, and 9 as sub. Scored 9 goals altogether. He's not had the best year.
MikeyT Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 Started 27, and 9 as sub. Scored 9 goals altogether. He's not had the best year. Nope that's not great. Would have thought he'd have more than that.
topharry123 Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 Think he's too old. I know he's not much older than Yakubu and even younger than Heskey, but for the type of player he is his best days are past him. If Yakubu or Heskey lost a yard of pace i'm not sure it would make that much difference to their games, but with Earnshaw I think it would make a lot more difference. There's better options out there for us.
lcfc_amie Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 Maybe it's time to start sorting out my future and what is going to happen.stay tuned.#decisions From his twitter a couple of days ago.
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 I believe he is on a free, would love to have him here. A top, proven Championship striker. Billy Davies the **** doesn't use him enough/properly.
