  1. 1. Should City bid for Shane Long?

    • Yes but no more than £6m
    • Yes but no more than £4m
    • Yes cash and player exchange
    • Only if we fail to land Nicky Maynard
    • Only if another Championship side makes a bid
    • No not a chance

sounds like a plan

Be great, but cannot in a squillion years see it happening. Maynard and Long together would be like 12/13 million. lol

Is this person reliable or just talking rubbish?

Brian Mcdermott cannot confirm a bid on Talksport because that will be against the interests of both clubs when nothing official has happened imo

My Irish housemate reckons this guys top drawer, thinks £7.5m is a bargain.

I feel this earth shattering assessment will dispel everybody's doubts

Hold on just a second.

We're trying to sign and have bid for your top scorer and you don't seem to be crying.

There's no bitterness here.

You aren't trying to tell us how rich you are or how much of a shit tip Leicester is, though you do live here so that might explain it.

You aren't even telling us we're deluded.

And, and..... that's actually a bloody good post that shows you have functioning grey matter!

This is a Sven-signing-striker-saga like none other. :scarf:

Thanks.

This is like the fifth summer in a row we've lost our best player(s), I've gone past the point of caring too much. Just means that someone else can hopefully come through.

From one of my sources- Long bid has been accepted and he will travel to discuss personal terms and pass a medical Thursday/Friday with a bit of luck it could be done before the Cov game! :scarf:

Yeah, you have a handy habit of producing good players.

I want your scouting system. Do you reckon he'll be interested in a move?

Some one pointed out the other day that reading can afford to let him go! If their scouts keep picking out gems like they do!

If their getting 7m for him they should be able to strengthen their squad and add some depth, they do have a very good scouting network.

They will probably end up with a better side overall. That is why Bristol are stupid to not have accepted our offer for Maynard.

You better be right, or I'll assemble my rowdy rabble of people to get you!
