Whilst its fun to speculate who may or may not be wearing our shirt next week, I do think its naive to take anything as gospel until the Target has actually played in our shirt. I'm excited by the prospect but won't be having sleepless nights over something that's been reported in the daily mirror (one source) If someone believes every rumour going then you'll have a heart attack aged 30! Yes I posted earlier saying what someone had told me, but ill wait and see tomorrow. Pointless post I know but just everyone calm down!

The Republic of Ireland captain is surplus to requirements at White Hart Lane and spent the second half of last season on loan at West Ham. Bolton and Blackburn, as well as Championship promotion favourites Leicester, have been linked with Keane, who has admitted he could move away from the Premier League. But Galaxy's interest emerged on Friday night and, with talks taking place, the MLS club could finalise a deal before the end of the transfer window. If Keane was to move to Galaxy, he would become a team-mate of former England skipper David Beckham.

Its not proving as easy as they anticipated, at least not on a perm. Maybe a loan when the prem teams announce there squads.

Unless the papers for the transfer etc are have to be done by Midnight but are waiting for the FA for completed submission.

He's decent but he's not that good, I couldn't give a flying fuck he's going to Southampton. He'll bag there, no doubt, but he's not worth the amount Bristol were asking. Neither was Long. They're both targets we've missed out on but our bank balance is alot healthier for having done so.
