Tielemans63 Posted 13 August 2011 Posted 13 August 2011 One thing that hasn't been mentioned is that by going to LA Keano would (more than likely) be ending his international career with Ireland - I wouldn't have thought he'd be ready to give that up. His best bet would be to come to City for 3 or 4 years then go off to the states for his twilight years once we're established in the prem.

We met and spoke to Andrew Neville at reception about 45 minutes after the game. I asked him specifically about Maynard saying 'is this still on to capture him? He replied 'Haven't spoken for a while but who knows.'
