Again, I don't mind that you hate Arsenal and have a go at them, but when you do, at least pick on something that all the other to clubs are not guilty of as well...

Is that the only time they conceded Eight, it's just incredible to see them get well and truly thrashed. They looked decent against a good Udinese side as well.

But you have to look at the reasons for that depletion - a chronic lack of discipline which Wenger refuses to acknowledge, let alone address. At least he's stuck to some Arsenal traditions. They caught United offside SEVEN times today - a statistic that might give some crumbs of comfort to the travelling hordes as they make their way back down the M6 .

Obviously I don't know for sure, and i'm just going off paper talk which arguably doesn't mean its true but from what i've read and am led to believe he's been given plenty of money to spend this summer but hasn't. Neither of us have facts but you're not telling me he hasn't been give sufficient funds to replace Fabregas and Nasri for starters and other players that he needs? Obviously they have only just gone but Fabregas going has been on the cards for a good 18 months, did they not look into replacements?
