John Jensen has left his position as assistant coach at Blackburn - SSN

He only recently got appointed didn't he? One foot in the door for Kean?

I can only imagine the speculation that will arise from this. The whole way Jensen and Kean got their jobs in the first place which stinks far away, the fact that Laudrup has just left Mallorca yesterday too (Jensen's his former assistant at Getafe) and the imminent announcement of Olsen's successor as the NT manager.

It's buzzing round here. Liverpool fans expectant, Everton more hopeful. Should be a good game.

Poor, poor decision... not helped by Suarez's reaction; tosser.

Is tackling not allowed in football anymore?

The ref was right next to it, I doubt whether Suarez affected his decision. I hate his bloody antics nevertheless. Absolutely appalling decision by Atkinson there though...

wansn't even a foul! he was the first to the ball by a mile and then his knee/shin clipped suarez who was only stood where he was because he arrived too late. Joke decision.

Admittedly, the red card threw Everton a bit, but they were lucky it wasn't 5/6+. Liverpool looked very good going forward for the most part, and Jagielka had a bloody torrid time trying to cope with Suarez. Which he didn't, at all.

Norwich should have scored in that match. Morison fluffed all their chances.

The disallowed goal at Wolves meant I was denied a big win. I predicted all the correct results on my accy, and only realised checking my account that their goal was disallowed :frusty:

Not sure about that.

Everton had most of the better chances, the sending off ruined the game.

You make it sound a very one sided game where Liverpool battered Everton, that wasn't the case.

Everton had 12 attempts with 10 men, and Liverpool 15 attempts with 11 men.

Had the potential to be a great game, but sadly the fizz was taken out of it.

Not usually a fan of managers just blaming the officials over a defeat but both Wolves and Everton can feel rightly aggrieved!

Notice Dalglish didn't make a comment on the "unfair" decisions of the refs today.
