Fox in the North Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 I think that if players are badly "injured" after a tackle like rodwells, then they should be taken off the pitch as in their "agonising" and "painful" state they shouldn't be able to play football
Fox92 Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 Atkinson needs looking at. Rodwell's tackle wasn't a foul never mind a red card. There was a tackle on Adam that was 100x worse. No wonder Moyes was flipping. Bet he get a little fine, but he is right.
StanSP Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 Today: Bolton 0-3 Chelsea Fulham 2-1 QPR Swansea 1-0 Stoke Tottenham 3-2 Arsenal
MikeyT Posted 2 October 2011 Author Posted 2 October 2011 Terry gets kicked in his bits and then the commentator says "Don't worry he's as hard as they come".
HEGGSY Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 Chelsea 4 - 0 Bolton after 27 minutes Cracking show from Bolton's keeper.
Ilkeston_Fox Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 For far too long have teams like Bolton, Blackburn, Wigan managed to survive - to their credit. Though, I think it's time to have their place in the Prem up for grabs.
FoxyPV Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 'Kinnell Bolton. Their keeper needs to be put out of his misery - this is inhumane.
hebangsthedrums Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 Going downhill Shame, for years they finished mid-table with Allardyce's toilet football, now they play decent stuff they have come unstuck.
Libertine Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 They did really well last year until they collapsed near the end and ended up about 14th I think. Reminds me of us under Taylor after we were doing alright up until that Wycombe game then had a dreadful run and finished in the bottom half, then obviously got relegated the season after.
Fox92 Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 Bolton's goalkeeper has had a terrible 45 minutes. No wonder he has only played 2 games in a year. Bolton look very, very poor though. Credit to Chelsea though, they are playing attractive football.

marko Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 Going downhill But to be fair, their fixtures have been a pig. City, United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea is a hellish start. Dunno what it is about that team, but i fecking hate them and i cannot give a reason why. Graham Kavanagh used to be their captain; that's the only reason you need. Couldn't stand him when he played.
Fox92 Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 Finished Bolton 1-5 Chelsea; Lampard hat-trick. Always thought he was over-rated, but, to score that many goals from midfield is sensational. Always in the right position. Tottenham v Arsenal should be good. One of my favourite derbies to watch.

More of the same in a bit would be good!
Matt Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 QPR, Welcome to the Premier League. Fulham 6 - 0 QPR.
Father Ted Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 QPR getting a reality check Good, nastiest, scummiest team in the Prem.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 Chelsea result wasnt that unpredictable, but I actually fancied QPR to win at Fulham! Spurs still 2-1 up with few mins to go.
Corky Posted 2 October 2011 Posted 2 October 2011 Arsenal with seven points from seven games and below all three promoted clubs.
Fox92 Posted 3 October 2011 Posted 3 October 2011 Niall Quinn resigns as Sunderland chairman, and instead accepts are role in which he will developing International development and links overseas.
accessory Posted 4 October 2011 Posted 4 October 2011 Rodwell wins appeal against red card I'm sure that will really console Everton fans.. How long before a club takes the league and FA to court and asks for the game to be replayed - or at the least sues them for allowing the ref to make such an appalling error of judgement?
