Mills lost it again second half. 1st half we were fantastic. Should have finished them off in the 2nd. Forest are shit. Deserved nothing.

cc_star Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Yes the ref will quite right receive a lot of attention, but our 2nd half play just got worse & worse, we practically invited them to score Subbing the energetic & hard working Nugent for the lightweight Gally was odd Ref was a disgrace, but so was our performance once they brought Miller on, we hardly got a kick Other than that though, I was pleased to see us dominate up till then, we played with urgency & got stuck in. I just wish, Konchesky, Mills & even Pantsil didn't play hoofball, not sure where all the good, quick passing has gone Fernandes & Danns were awesome, referee was not... And Sven needs to find a way to get the players to play for 90mins not just one half We asked for that result & although the ref helped them get it, it was probably coming anyway

And as soon as Kasper went you knew what was coming. Weale simply isn't up to the job I'm afraid. Cost us the goal, and if anyone else noticed, Mcgugans free kisk would've gone in had pantsill not blocked it. Weale made his wall and stood behind it, was going the wrong way. All round piss poor keeping and another shit reffing decicion has cost us. That display was well worthy of the 3 points but Forest, the jammy bastards spawn it again.

He threw it in anger, but there is no offense in the book called "angrily throwing the ball". The offense is time wasting, and Kasper threw the ball towards the halfway line where it was required for the restart and as such committed no crime.

Then the ref handed the game to them on a plate. Was never a peno - Kasper was understandably upset - and with him off Weale was typically useless. Without ref intervention we would have won - simple as!
