Once again they have let us down, so dissapointed and feel for the fans who went we deserve better!

Mills lost it again second half. 1st half we were fantastic. Should have finished them off in the 2nd. Forest are shit. Deserved nothing. Nugent sub has nothing to do with it neither does Mills losing it. Rest is spot on, it was purely the ref that got them a point.

Trav Le Bleu Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Never a pen agreed but Kasper didn't just 'throw the ball to the half way line' did he infact it was clearly dissent in the way he did it so by the law he had to be yellow and sending off for second yellow Whilst it's easy to blame the ref but got to look at Sven again for pathetic substitutions that cost us the 3 points. Gallagher coming on was terrible better off with Schlupp to keep some pace on. It's all down to interpretation. Many refs would have just let that go. Just about every week I seen Rooney and other big name players swearing at refs and assisant refs and nothing happens.

Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 I watched it the web, I thought we were excellent today. Got the game plan spot on. The referee changed the dynamic of the game. The penalty looked dubious for to say the least, and as for Kaspers' second yellow...it looked ridiculous. It seemed both decisions may not have been given, if it weren't for appeals from Forest players, which says a lot... I got the impression Nuge hobbled off with a knock? Anyway, decent point, but could have won. If we play like that for the remainder of the season we'll be there or thereabouts, although you can never account for shite refereeing.

Sven set the team up well and we rightly went 2-0 up and controlled the game until the ref fkd us over. I believe they had one shot until then and we looked like we were seeing the game out.

The only way the thieves could ever have escaped defeat was through the intervention of the ref. Neither the penalty nor Schmeichel's second booking were in any way justified. Can't slate the team for their performance today. We're not going to win too many when it's 10 men versus 12. This. Totally aggrieved. So mad i had to go and seeth in the garden, I absolutely hate injury time equalisers.

We were defending fine, a ball rolling towards our keeper, struck our player on the hand when he wasn't even looking. Their closest player was laying on the floor and had no chance of getting the ball.... that does not constitute a penno, it's common sense. That changed the game.

Thankfully, it'll only be one game without Schmeichel because it was two yellow cards and not a straight red. I said before the match that I'd be happy with a draw, but not like that. It was all going so well. Although F*rest were shit first half, we did look class. That formation is definitely the way to go. Everyone looked comfortable in their position, fired up, playing lovely confident, quick passes. I think that's our best team and formation with the current squad (except missing Johnson). As gutted as I am right now, there are a LOT of positives to take from that first half performance. In the second, we weren't so good, but I'm still sure we would have won had the ref not been a fvcking twat F*rest fan.

adamkhalifa Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Poor referee once again. Lost the game to 12 men. Leicester seem to be against it at the moment. Mills was unlucky with the hand ball. As soon as Weale came on, I just had a gut feeling that of a flap or two.
