jonthefox Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Yes yes yes. Before the match - given our recent form and also results over the year - I'd have settled for a draw. It only feels so bad because of how good we were in the first half. Agreed. Strangly it feels as though weve been dumped 4-0 today. Still, roll on southampton....who won again today.
accessory Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 The lynch mob should lay off Weale. It wasn't his fault we failed to win today.
blueredswed Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Ref was a twat. And Weale, well just get the fuck out of the club you useless piece of shit. Remember he is number 2! And came in just now so please let him knew that he have a place in the team to fill! So one points away against Nottingham is good and 2 aginst the refree is bad (I think they have own league and I (todays refree) must win those £5) :scarf: :scarf:
Callabinho Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Ok quick one, Nugent shouldn't have come off he really played well. It wasn't a penalty how the hell Mills was expected to move is beyond me! kasper shouldn't react like that! Konchesky was bollocks today also!
Babylon Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Whilst it's easy to blame the ref but got to look at Sven again for pathetic substitutions that cost us the 3 points. Gallagher coming on was terrible better off with Schlupp to keep some pace on. Come off it, did you see schlupp against Reading? Gallagher is our most experienced forward no the bench, he wasn't great and I said it wouldn't work when he came on. But I can completely understand why you would not bring Schlupp on. People need to stop looking for things to blame the result on the manager. You cannot legislate for what happened in those 30 seconds and Weale jumping under the ball.
topharry123 Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Even if Schemeichel deserved anything, I love his passion for the club and the game. Could go on to play for us for many years and be a fans favorite even if his attitude isn't the best right now.
Chairman of the Bored Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 http://refworld.com/referee/155/1 What is the best game you have officiated and why? Burton vs. Burscough in the FA round 2 in 2005/6 season. The game had been called off on the Saturday and was rearranged for the following Tuesday. On the Sunday the draw for the third round was made and the winner would play Manchester United. It made for an excellent game and added to the atmosphere, which was brilliant on the night. As a referee you want to referee big games with something at stake. Says it all. Amateurs.
hebangsthedrums Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Only thing more frustrating than that turnaround, will be the inevitable post from the guy on here who always defends the appalling standards of refereeing that consistently spoil games.
themotivator Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 if kanchelskis hadnt stood on the ball we would have won the league
baylisslcfc Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Robbed once again by a ref with half a ****ing brain cell. :@ :@ :@ :@ Can't put my frustration down in words right now.

purpleronnie Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 returning the ball to the half-way line for kick-off following a (wrongly given) penalty - since when has returning the ball for kick-off been a bookable offence? Are you asking me? I'm asking you. So after the penalty went in he grabbed the ball and threw it? Is that what happened?
Trav Le Bleu Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Kasper didn't see the first yellow - interesting!
ScouseFox Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Schteve just said they would "take that large bit of luck" on 5live. Cvnt.
Phube Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Didn't even see his first booking!! Cheating bastard ref's!!!
The Doctor Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Are you asking me? I'm asking you. So after the penalty went in he grabbed the ball and threw it? Is that what happened? roughly - hard to tell with a lagging stream but he went into the net, picked the ball up away from a couple of forest players and threw it towards the centre circle.
z-layrex Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Feels like a massive loss. Forest are a nothing club this shouldn't have happened. **** I hate football, always a let-down.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Are you asking me? I'm asking you. So after the penalty went in he grabbed the ball and threw it? Is that what happened? He picked the ball out of the back of the net and threw it back up field in a frustrated fashion - as you would.
Dylan Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Kasper didn't see the first yellow - interesting! If this is true, then it shows even more how useless the referee is. When giving a yellow, he MUST make tell the player he is cautioning him and make SURE he is aware.
Mikehuntington Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Well all i can say about that game is.............. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAAHAHAHAAHA. Thanks for the point.
phildw Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Are you asking me? I'm asking you. So after the penalty went in he grabbed the ball and threw it? Is that what happened? [/quote No he showed dissent by launching the ball off the field by the half way line which unfortunately warrants a yellow car. He has to learn from this there is passion and stupidity and his actions were the latter and cost us 2 points along with Svens stupid substitutions.
Bugg Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Well all i can say about that game is.............. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAAHAHAHAAHA. Thanks for the point. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
blueredswed Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Thanks Le Bleu! It´s warming my heart! :scarf:
lcfcsnow Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 Just on way back. First half we were in full control. Second half we were ****ed once Nugent went off. Kasper was an idiot getting those yellows. Weale is an absolute horror show of a keeper, I knew what would happen as soon as that cross came in, absolute garbage. Konchesky is shit. King was invisible. The rest did well though.
