Happy Fox Posted 28 September 2011 Posted 28 September 2011 We hate Derby and we hate Derby, We hate Derby and we hate Derby, We hate Derby and we hate Derby, We are the Derby haters, Sheep, sheep, sheep s*aggers...
Finchy Posted 28 September 2011 Posted 28 September 2011 Quick browse on their forum, well, they are a confident bunch.
Happy Fox Posted 28 September 2011 Author Posted 28 September 2011 Quick browse on their forum, well, they are a confident bunch. Don't they realize their comeuppance is coming this Saturday.
ealingfox Posted 28 September 2011 Posted 28 September 2011 Confident of a win after beating two in-form teams at home and two solid defensive displays against two good teams away. And drawing at Oakwell
Callabinho Posted 28 September 2011 Posted 28 September 2011 I'm feeling it will be a classic! Derby will come to attack and with our pace we should expose them! Also I think derby are a team that play well when confident, grab an early goal and it could rattle their cage a bit! Im confident that Becks will get off the Mark too! 3-0 us I'm Going for! All of a sudden those draws won't look too bad!
Happy Fox Posted 28 September 2011 Author Posted 28 September 2011 A repeat of the 26 February 1910 result wouldn't go amiss
Kitchandro Posted 28 September 2011 Posted 28 September 2011 Back to Saturday: Rams win, sunny day, 20,958 crowd with 1,689 Rams fans. I don't know what's more funny, their shit support or lack of knowledge about ours.
Happy Fox Posted 28 September 2011 Author Posted 28 September 2011 http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/topic/7605-leicester-city-v-derby-county/page__st__40 uttoxram75 Don't really think it matters who they play. They have an inferior team, manager, fanbase and city and the only thing they are famous for is being ruled by the French and naming everything after Simon De Monfort. I faart in their general direction. What a knob
Finchy Posted 28 September 2011 Posted 28 September 2011 Derby's away support is shameful. They have a nerve talking about our support. Their away support is proof, if you ever needed it, that the only reason they get a lot at home is because of cheap tickets and deals. If they were really the amazing supporters and football lovers they make themselves out to be, they'd take more than a couple of hundred down the road to Coventry.
Austin Posted 28 September 2011 Posted 28 September 2011 We'll beat them! going for a 3-1 Leicester win.
David Guiza Posted 28 September 2011 Posted 28 September 2011 They've played 6 out of the bottom 7. We've played 4 out the top 6. I think that goes someway to determining the form of both sides. Would take any kind of win, keep racking up the points before another break.
CKB Posted 29 September 2011 Posted 29 September 2011 Would take any kind of win, keep racking up the points before another break.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 29 September 2011 Posted 29 September 2011 They were doing alright last season weren't they? Came to ours and got ragged. Just like at Pride Park. Fingers crossed for a repeat.
Christoph Posted 29 September 2011 Posted 29 September 2011 I'd like to think we would win, but we are Leicester. Im going for a 3-2 win, with plenty of squeeky bum time put in around 70 minutes onwards. This wont be easy anyway

This wont be easy anyway yep i think it will be close aswell, going for a 2-1 Leicester win, with Nugent and Beckford the scorers 24-25'000 attendance
lestajigs Posted 29 September 2011 Posted 29 September 2011 I don't know what's more funny, their shit support or lack of knowledge about ours. Your on about Derbys shit support!! I went in to the ticket office yesturday, and we have only sold 20,000 the bloke said there expecting not much over 21000, if that's the case that's dreadful on our behalf!! Sky or not, maybe the high priced tickets are to much for some I don't know what's more funny, their shit support or lack of knowledge about ours. Your on about Derbys shit support!! Iwan is a Welshman Posted 29 September 2011 Posted 29 September 2011 We pull crowds equivalent to Derby with Tigers on our doorstep. Forest have got County (and to a lesser degree Mansfield.) Unless your a Chesterfield man if your born on Derby Pride Park's the only place to go. Fair enough they get numbers at home, but it's always quiet, and they travel poorly. The points at Cardiff and 'Boro were good results...but we're not going up unless we win games like this. Come on City.
Fox92 Posted 29 September 2011 Posted 29 September 2011 I can remember last season when they were near the top end of the league, came to the Walkers at we beat them 2-0. Hopefully something like that will happen again. Hopefully Derby will attack, I can't see Cloughie parking the bus, so the game will be open for us and the likes of Vassell with pace. We have had some good results. Barnsley is looking like a good point, Brighton was a good result and the draws at Cardiff and Middlesbrough were good. Hopefully we can add three points then. Regarding the away support, are they only bringing 1,700? To be fair Derby are one of the bigger clubs in the division, and I always thought that their away support was good. I'm only going by a post above, but I will be shocked if they bring less than 2,000 fans even though the match is on the television.
jonthefox Posted 29 September 2011 Posted 29 September 2011 Ive been lookig forward to this all week, so dont let me down :sge:
CupidStunt Posted 29 September 2011 Posted 29 September 2011 Cant see anything but a win for us, seem to be improving ever so slightly every game. Clean sheets, and some decent passages of play = Going for a 2-1 win
kyle09uk Posted 29 September 2011 Posted 29 September 2011 Nobody believe we're gonna keep another clean sheet? I'm going for 4 clean sheets in a row and a 3 goal win. Booom!
Happy Fox Posted 29 September 2011 Author Posted 29 September 2011 Anyone got any Dierby jokes? This is the best I can find Q. How many Derby fans does it take to change a light bulb? A. Yeah, like they have electricity in Derby. Q. Did you hear that the Post Office has had to recall their latest stamps? A. They had pictures of D*rby players on them. People couldn't figure out which side to spit on.
Dan Posted 29 September 2011 Posted 29 September 2011 2-1 win. 23k attendance which will hopefully wake up whoever's in charge of ticket prices.
