Happy Fox Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 I would advise not to go on the Palace forum they seem a bit angry
Webbo Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Well that's come out of left field. Doesn't fill me with excitement either.
Leicesterpool Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 This is a joke now, come on. We can do better than him.
Nocturnal Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Message to Leicester fans:£4m on MATTHEW MILLS hahahahahahaha. Oh and have you had to suffer with Danns going on about his SHIT music yet? That's all he cares about anymore. I hope you get relegated you bunch of ignorant, boring, crisp eating, Gary Lineiker, Emile Heskey bumming bunch of inbred northerners. Boring fans, boring ground, boring club, boring town.
Happy Fox Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 I hope it all smoke's and mirror's and to convince a certain MON to make up his mind asap.
Guest Bilo Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Freedman is a Palace legend, he won't leave. I can't say I'm encouraged by the calibre of managers being looked at though.
z-layrex Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 I like Palace, I go to Selhurst quite a few times in the season with my friends and Freedman is right for them, but no way in **** is he right for us.
somebum Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 You would say that judging by the Palace fans reaction on that forum, Freedman is a good manager and they are desperate to hold on to him. Personally, looking at their posts, I think Palace fans are illiterate and uneducated so they probably don't know anything anyway.
Benji Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Wasn't it 5? Oh wait, that's much worse. In all seriousness, you can't argue he's not done a good job there
Leicesterpool Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Replacing Sven for him, Palace might just be having a good start to the season. Come next month they could be dropping down the table, bad move owners!
Master Fox Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Dougie Freedman to be the next Leicester manager. Step up to a massive club for him. No point staying on at a tinpot gypo club like Palace.
martyn Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Christ they're a bit of an angry bunch. Making jibes about Leicester as a city seems kind of ironic considering the absolute hovel of a place that Croydon is. It's hardly the fans fault we have some financial backing and have raised expectations as a result. Every fan of every club would be the same in our position, 'kin hypocrites. Done a decent job at Palace no doubt, but think there are more viable candidates out there. Hopefully it's smoke and mirrors to give someone the hurry up.
Mack Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Life's been a challenge for the Cheese rolls ever since the re usable bag replaced the good old trusty Tesco's carrier. Carrying your Clearasil and back copies of Razzle in anything else just is not right and proper. Oh and by the way you boring bunch or twerps, you can shove that two bob Scotch Manager of yours into a rank pile of Turkey twizzlers at a rancid Glaziers buffet!
somebum Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 "In your cockney slums... In your cockney slums.... Your mum's on the game and your dad's in the nick You can't get a job 'cuz you're so fcuking thick In your cockney slums"
Nick Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Underwhelming doesn't cover this - he's got just over three years as a manager and his greatest achievement that I am aware of is taking Palace out of the relegation zone into safety - nothing wrong with that, he spent a decade there as a player. He should maybe stay there if he's happy? Nothing tells me this is the fella for the job but then again, I've never met the man or seen him work - just speculation, he may be a genius............

To be fair, Palace are 4th and their squad is absolute toss. But he still isn't right for us.
Nick Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 To be fair, Palace are 4th and their squad is absolute toss. But he still isn't right for us. Maybe they are just interviewing the top six
Leicesterpool Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 One think to remember is he knows all the palace players. That's why there doing well, came here he'd struggle.
I am Rod Hull Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 This is like Man U going for Solskjaer....... Bad move for both clubs IMO... He`s doing a wonderful job at CP and long may he do so, but he`s oh so new to management and he`s not the right man for this job... To any Palace fans reading this forum - Apologies for the "Leicester is massive" attitude by some of our cvnty fans...
SMX11 Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Maybe this is a feint and we will be unveiling MON on Monday.
Happy Fox Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Maybe this is a feint and we will be unveiling MON on Monday. Who knows? wouldn't be surprised.
Leicesterpool Posted 28 October 2011 Posted 28 October 2011 Who knows? wouldn't be surprised. By god I wish, hopefully there trying to keep the press away from MON.
