The Doctor Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 We deserved at least a draw from that. Good strike to win it but more than a bit of luck to get it - the throw which should have been ours, the regaining of possession from Danns tackle, the bounce away off Mills. Credit to the scorer for a good hit but not as good as some will make out. Yet again people are incapable of staying silent for 1 ****ING MINUTE! How bloody hard is it to shut your mouth for 1 minute and show some respect to those that fell in WWI & WWII? I'm not gonna blame the ref entirely for that, we had the chances and we should have taken them, but when you can prove to me that shoving someone to the ground is not a foul, that having your shirt ripped off your back is you committing a foul, then I'll take you ice skating on the river Styx.
wurmer Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 We were shit, Sven ain't here so I'm guessing Wellens and Beckford will take the blame from the boo boys. Beckford came on too late to do anything. Wellens deserves some of the blame - how many times did he just bang the ball sailing over Howards head to either their keeper of several of their defenders..
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 You know when you sometimes do one of those craps that gets stuck in the u-bend? Well that's exactly what Leicester are at the moment. The players are the actual turd and our current form is the length of the shit. Basically we're going nowhere until we get a coat hanger (aka The Manager) who can break down the crap and get us moving in the right direction. It isn't rocket science
Guest Col city fan Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Could someone please explain to me the difference between a winger and a wide midfield player? this is just my interpretation... for me, a winger is someone with PACE, who can dribble with the ball, beat full backs and deliver a nice cross (eg. Snodgrass) a wide midfielder (eg Gally) tends to stop, cut back inside and and usually plays a ball across from much deeper This, for me is the root of our problem - our 'wide men' are too slow and deliver crosses that don't invite the forwards to be RUNNING ON to the ball I would always play with proper wingers with the attributes explained above.
blueredswed Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Pearson in - will solve everything, we also need a proven goalscorer, also bring back Fryatt. It was this I meaning
Matt Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 I don't know what to say, I really don't. Pathetic.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 What happened to the minutes silence? Leeds were a disgrace during the last post. My mate completed his run from ibsyock. Raised 600 quid. Reckons all the players shook his hand bar beckford. Must've been getting ready to shank someone.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 and so was spending 12 million plus and lying in 13th when he went. the only mistake top has made was no appoint of a manager in 2 weeks TWO points off the play offs. as well. Terrible position was it not?
Leicfox Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Could someone please explain to me the difference between a winger and a wide midfield player? Typical winger hugs the touchline gets crosses in, runs at defences, scores the odd goal but provides more than he scores. (We have none) Wide midfield player - Term for a player mostly playing in a position he's not comfy with because it's not his proper position. (WE HAVE LOTS)
Bert Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Awful. No-one seemed up for it bar Nugent. Howard was getting fouled all game. King's still got his seatbelt on. We didn't do anywhere near enough, and did we even test their keeper!? Supplied with another awful ref who was intent on giving us absolutely nothing. The Lino east stand side was awful.
jamesmilner Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 why oh why did it take 77 mins to take howard and danns off ?
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 All our players are real pieces of shit. Put them together and it means one big turd You are talking like a turd yourself. Use a little common sense chum, if you have any. A rash and childish statement.

FrankieADZ Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Its another one of them games where I'm left with not much to say on it...expect... we seemed to lack the spark' and once again i think we lack pace in midfield.
EnderbyFox Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Dreadful, no creativity from the midfield what so ever.
Babylon Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 why oh why did it take 77 mins to take howard and danns off ? Decision by committee!!!
Matt Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 I think i'm losing the love and 'passion' for City, don't get me wrong i'll always support Leicester but in times of need and when we've been poor (And tbh, we're not even far off the playoffs just inconsistant) i've always found myself fighting and supporting the club more but i'm struggling this season I really am, I still don't feel 'into' the season yet, I was blaming it on start/stop all the time due to international breaks, games being moved, e.t.c, but think it's more than that now. Like I said i'll never stop supporting City, but seriously struggling to get excited about games ahead and when at game struggling to get as 'involved' (As in shouting, e.t.c) as I used to.
blueredswed Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 why oh why did it take 77 mins to take howard and danns off ? No one here who will give BIG HOWARD any response? He was soo gooood when he was telling us all his sadness over sitting not on the bench :crylaugh:

As usual after about 10 seconds the away fans and L1 started having a pop at each other.
Happy Fox Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Bloody awful, MON is the only one that can save us and get us promoted this season, hopefully this is a wake-up call to the owners to get the manager in asap.
themotivator Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 Bloody awful, MON is the only one that can save us and get us promoted this season, hopefully this is a wake-up call to the owners to get the manager in asap. yes you are right... oh wait no you arent.

I went to the first 3 league games of the season and i havent been since, still generally having been working shifts is my excuse but even when i have the chance at the moment im reluctant to go
Guest NGoloMode Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 why oh why did it take 77 mins to take howard and danns off ? Inexperienced manager in charge maybe.
Happy Fox Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 yes you are right... oh wait no you arent. You honesty think Pearson can get us promoted I beg to differ, MON would galvanize this team to perform to its maximum, he would sort this shower of shite.
chili_con_carne Posted 6 November 2011 Posted 6 November 2011 I'm starting to warm to the idea of Pearson returning now. We need someone to give them a bollocking after performances like today. He wouldn't stand for players like beckford putting no effort in.
