RedHux Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Afternoon gents. From a Forest perspective I'd like to say... We don't care about you but will be getting secretly all excited. Meh, it's the cup and we could do without such distractions so it doesn't matter to us. I doubt the Forest end will sell out cos we don't care (just incase you missed it earlier). I think that about covers our usual response. I post it so armies of reds don't have to. From me personally: Oh bugger.

Rincewind Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 I must be psychic. When forest was drawn I thought Leicester. And lo behold it was. But tbh I net half the City fans had the same thought so it was a mass psychic experience. Now we need to concentrate together to get the ball to go in the opposition goal more often than ours
FoxyPV Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 I think you dare care you Forest w**kers Whoosh anyone? We'll probably get beat by a flukey goal given our luck at the City Ground of late.
Yojoe36 Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Well we haven't really got a decent game until Derby in late February. Unless you care about Peterborough. Anyway, it will be the last away game at the City Ground for a couple of seasons, so we should make the most of it
ajthefox Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 I said after the game. Of course I'd go mental in the stands but after leaving the ground I wouldn't be walking up the street giving it large, especially if we were at home. I'd be relieved and realise there wasn't much to brag about. That's whether it was Forest or Watford. That's fair enough, neither would I. I'm sure however there would be a select few of our fans that would do that.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 What date is the fixture played? Most probably 7th January, unless changed due to TV etc.
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Great draw. Let's hope it doesn't turn out like last time Pearson took us there....
STEVIE B Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 What date is the fixture played? Derby at home V Palace in the Cup, can't see them and Forest playing at home on the same day ?
Craig Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Derby at home V Palace in the Cup, can't see them and Forest playing at home on the same day ? They did on Tuesday night? No problem with that at all.
Kitchandro Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Derby at home V Palace in the Cup, can't see them and Forest playing at home on the same day ? It's not the same City, I can't see why that would be a problem.
Dan Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Derby, Forest, Leicester and Coventry are often all at home on the same day.
FuriousFox46 Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 They got #McClarenforLeicester trending on Twitter about a month ago and they cringely celebrated like they'd won the league when they equalised earlier in the season. They clearly don't care though. This superiority complex they have is thoroughly embarrassing.
Guest Col city fan Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Most probably 7th January, unless changed due to TV etc. Cheers
The Doctor Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 'At least we're at home. As for Lesta, I sometimes feel we're at a bit of a disadvantage as their fans take it incredibly seriously while to us it's essentially just another game' 'Rubbish draw - completely meh. More excited with City vs United.' 'It's Leicesters cup final!' 'Mods man the barricades, fester have their dream draw, they will be wetting themselves with excitement again. Why on earth do they think we are rivals or something !' Typical Forest Looking forward to this Aah, I love their ridiculous "don't care about you" attitude. I would expect mostly the youngsters making these comments as well.
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Bigger allocation too right? Yeah I think we will, Man City did when they came here, and Notts County got top and bottom when they played Forest
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Notts C took 6k in the cup there, would be disappointed if we couldnt take the same.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 4 December 2011 Posted 4 December 2011 Gonna grab two tickets with my STs, then swap them over when about 8 other lads get theirs. Is there a limit on how many tickets you can buy? Just asking incase I need to buy 10 tickets for the lads.
