Sol Bamba To Prem Side?

I agree and would imagine this is already well in motion, hence Pearson's upcoming signings.

Bamba does not fit the Pearson Blue Print, and to be fair we have been much more solid at the back since he went to Africa.

I said in another thread that Blackburn were in for him, But with the ACN it's unlikely he will return for a medical and personal terms.

He might be allowed special dispensation, I think Ivory Coast have already qualified through to the knockout stages.

I think this is very plausible, hopefully we get a ridiculous price as well.

Explains the Morgan deal as well........

Love Sol dearly but we have (to my surprise) been more solid without him. For a decent price I guess it would be good business....... :dunno:

It'd be a shame but we all know he's not NP's type of defender really.

Talented player but doesn't seem very good in a team.

Done alright for the club but without him we have looked great at the back. Wouldn't mind him going for a good price. We should get back at least 4 times what we paid for him assuming 250k is what we paid.

Newcastle deadline day after they fail with Marriapa who has crazily been linked with Arsenal today!

I love Sol Bamba

I know he's very unnerving at the back, and we have kept 3 successive clean sheets since he's left, but he was just such a great guy!

I guess it's Wes Wes Morgan! From now on?

Having said that, if he goes, make sure we really get the money coming in for him, like crazy amounts! I think Blackburn, Bolton, Arsenal, or West Brom would be interested.

Unless we're getting like £3 million+ I dont see the reason in selling him. He's still got a lot he can do for the club, his contract isn't running out soon (is it?). I just feel theres still more of him to come, wit the right discipine he could become one of the greats, hes so fast and strong.

He's going to leave.

Whoever he leaves to, he will be more of a liability than anything else, and considering we should get £3m+ for a liability we'd be mad not to take it.

If you think Bamba's a liability, you obviously haven't seen Morgan play very often.
