Millwall v Leicester City match thread

Millwall are there for the taking if we play to strength, there's not a team in the league can touch us when we're going full steam.

I'm ready for a 0-3 and three more points.

Happy to see King back, I think DD has struggled a little these last few games, whatever you think of Wellens and King together we have won many games in the past with that combo in midfield, I do worry about Gally though, I am a fan of him as a player, but he gets bullied off the ball by physical teams like Millwall, it's great to have the option of bringing Lloyd on to run at them when they are tired but I don't know if this game will suit Gally, depends if they want to park the bus and frustrate us or if they are going to get stuck into us, we may miss Danns' energy in this game.

Completely agree. All this moaning and whinging gets on my ****ing tits. Last season people were singing kings name, he's had a bad half of a season, let's hope he picks his form up which I'm sure he will.

We're 3 points from play offs, not the relegation zone, pessimism isn't going to get us anywhere.

Neither is optimism. It's results that get you points.....

Exciting looking midfield wellens and king with the grit and marshal and gally with the skill. I guess NFP wants to outnumber in the middle of the park, lets face it thats the way they are going to play, down the middle. good decision Nige.

Confident for this to work. Come on you blue boys!

The replacements are like for like, meaning the formation is likely the same as the last game, ie a 442

Well I'm glad you pointed that out.

Surely it's better to be optimistic about your team, than spend 75% of your time being a miserable sod, because Pearson hasn't picked your favourite player? They're on the pitch because Pearson thinks they will win the match.

Gallagher and King played a big part in us winning at Ipswich.

Drinkwater and Dyer didn't make an impact, so it's a natural change.

Then the police will be serving you an eviction notice - it's my sodding bus.

Fascist.

Just because I don't agree with the team selected, it doesn't mean I don't want us to win or wont support the team. What's the point in having a forum if we're not allowed an opinion? Are we all expected to say "yes, we picked the best team and we're 100% going to win" every game? That's not optimism, that's stupidity.

Not thinking you're going to win doesn't neccesarily make you a "miserable sod". You're confusing being a pessimist with making a realistic prediction on the outcome of the game.....

IF cardiff, boro and brighton lose (all playing away) and we win we'll be in the top six.

COYB!!!!! :chant:

Huge ask, but love the optimism. Also we don't want Blackpool or Hull winning either, there not out of this yet.

I say 3-1 City. Gally, Beckford (2)

Yes it would be a 4-4-2 still but not quite the same, Dyer is very much a touch the wide line midfielder where as Gallagher tends to cut inside. Therefore meaning that we are likely to be playing down the middle a lot more than we would with Dyer in the team.

Very nervous now. I have bigged this up far too much this week.
