I think it's more to do with finding a new scummy club to suit him. Bloke's a twat and a shit player.

Apparently he is:

Arsehole who brought nothing but negative energy to Ibrox.

Massively unpopular amongst those who had met him for a very good reason, made little effort with fans and was unpleasant to those who were unfortunate enough to have to interact with him professionally. I've served him in a bookie's before, and he was a ****. Freaking out that I couldn't take a few grand on a dog at Shawfield. Acted like I was doing it to piss him off and then loaded a couple of grand into a gaming machine and lost it. I've served plenty of footballers from both sides (McCulloch, Weiss, Bomber Brown, James Forrest) and never have I experienced anything like it.

Let me tell you a story about a footballer, shall we say: Kyle Lafferty Ken Leffety.

Ken played for the greatest club in the world, one he claimed to support and who were undoubtedly the greatest club in the land. Frustrated that his participation in their Champions League campaign had been hampered by injury, Leffety decided that the best course of action would be to stake a good few thousand (at least) against his club in Europe. That would almost lead one to believe he wanted Rangers his club to lose!

Imagine someone doing that while playing for Rangers? Thankfully, that's just Ken Leffety rolleyes.gif .

lol

When a club gets in a mess like Rangers, it's really a chance to see how loyal players are. Rangers are a fairly big club and gave some players an opportunity to challenge for the Scottish title and play in Europe, and what do they do? Throw it straight back whenever the chance arises.

The players that have stayed on to play for Rangers, are the one's the fans should admire.

A lot of the fans realise that players want to play at the top of the game it's just the players who give them no explanation to leave that annoy them. Rhys McCabe is the one that's seriously annoyed them. Rangers gave him his chance to be a footballer and he just walked away depsite being in the new kit launch with the slogan "We don't do walking away".

As you said though players like Wallace, McCulloch and Goian who all look set to stay really deserve to be admired. Especially as they could quite easily leave and find new clubs.

Really rate Wallace, too. Could very easily play at our level.

Pady Kenny in talks with Leeds,no surprise there then

My dad's mate is basically best mates with Kenny, he said ages ago he was on about joining Leeds, so I always knew this was going to basically happen.

Kenny's alright though. For my birthday, he signed his play-off shirt and gave it me lol

Leon Best apparently in talks with Blackburn today. Not bad at this level.

Will be a good signing, don't understand why people are saying that Blackburn are going to struggle :dunno:

Same.

I still think Bolton will win the league, but I think Blackburn will challenge. I know a lot of things could change, but they have a strong squad at this level. Best would be a good addition as well, I think Blackburn could attract a few released/not wanted Premier League players.

I think people think Blackburn will do bad because the problems they had last season, but that's all dealt with so they say, owners said they're sticking with Kean (although if they said that sooner might not even be in the championship!).

With the team they have and now got budget to spend, such as bringing in Leon Best and getting Danny Murphy on a free I think they will be top 3.

Aye, Goian was at Palermo last season as well. Fabulous central defender.

Just out of interest does anyone know if Rangers can bring free transfers in or is nothing allowed under a transfer embargo?

Would the embargo even count anymore as its a 'newco'?

Other than a couple of good games for Newcastle Best has been gubbins most of his career. £3m is daylight robbery.

People think Blackburn will struggle because Kean has proven to be a shit manager, and one or two bad results (if not less), and all of last years problems will come flooding back.
