TaffontheMersey Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 He's talking about Derby. Bellend What!! Not having that, we are the only sheepshaggers!
Soar Fox Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Has our defeat now guaranteed you a play off place Taff?
ScouseFox Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 well you wont go up, but most certainly can still go down. Bottle? What has that got to do with what I said? Weirdo.
TaffontheMersey Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Has our defeat now guaranteed you a play off place Taff? yes mate, guaranteed today. Its a strange feeling all this positivity im feeling. Its dawned on most of us this week that we unofficially CANNOT feck this up. As a experienced supporter, even when its official ill still be saying "its not over yet". haha.

Haha, I don't think you boys could "bottle" it at this stage of the season. It's seems like nobody wants 2nd place. Even when you've not played well this season you've been able to grind out 1 nil wins. It's not been pretty but it's effective and over the course of a season you do deserve to go up this year.
Bayfox Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Excuse me! League champions to you boy. Chill. We know ****ing sheep is your national sport. Derby just play at it with rammy the ram.
marko Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 I thought that was offside? Impossible to be offside when he was behind where the ball kicked from.
ScouseFox Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Impossible to be offside when he was behind where the ball kicked from. I assume Kitch hasn't seen it and thought from your post the player had hit the post with the penalty and scored the rebound, which would've been like passing it to himself, which you obviously can't do. It was a different player who scored the rebound so there was nothing wrong.

As you say, the league table wont lie to you. Id like to think that most fans other than our own think we deserve promotion after the heartache of years past (taking nationality out of it). Today we were superb, 16 shot on target to 0 and 57% possession. As you rightly say though, we've not played pretty football, but the team effort makes up for it. We should be playing beautiful football giving the talent we have throughout the team, but in all honesty, I admire the business like approach Malky and our boys have...we just do the job. After having pre madonna's like Chopra and Bothroyd in the team a few season ago when we dismantled team by 3-4 was great, but no end product....Dave Jones' teams bottled it when it mattered, but those days have gone. I think you are like a sinking ship at the moment and seemed destined to be the flop of the season, i thought it had finally clicked into place for you this season but it looks like it'll be another year of soul searching, just like we did. It will come good for you, Pearson reminds me of Dave Jones though, it didn't work for us....lethargic persona....grated on me!

BHAFC Braders Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 @BHAFC Braders: What do you make of this? Brighton fans to name and shame It's nothing new to be honest , every club seem to launch their appeal against homophobia when we roll into town but we've heard it all before. In terms of making the game tolerant to all it needs to tackle prejudice as one rather then just picking at it. ANYWAYS big game tomorrow now , but given this topsy turfy league we'll probably lose making Saturdays game a proper six pointer again.

It will just be a case of how many you score. Barnsley should've had 6 today so I'd set that as a minimum for you guys!
marko Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Apologies, ambiguity on my part. You can probably guess that it was that useless lump, Connor Salmon, who took the original penalty.
Bayfox Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Warnock has left Leeds. So if we dont want mon. He may finally get his leeds chance.

Leicesterpool Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Leeds are hoping to get MON, can't see that happening myself. Though every Leicester fan on here would be crying if went on BBC Sport to see "O'Neill joins Leeds"

Soar Fox Posted 1 April 2013 Posted 1 April 2013 Sean Dyche saying poor refereeing decisions have cost Burnley 20 points, which would put them joint second
Lamby Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 4/1 for us to win later, hmm tempting. Desperately need a win here to keep breathing space between the bottom, a win would move us to 11th (from 16th) so that's another added incentive.
ADK Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 The relegation battle is really exciting this season, i'm glad we got a few points in the bag earlier on, if we were a few wins less i'd be getting abit nervous now.
ozleicester Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 is it possible..... jusssst...posssible...... that the last 2 months have been Nige Pearson's..... Most elaborate ever...... Joke?
