2nd season in with City - lost 1-0 to Cardiff in the play-off final last year. Gutted. Anyway, onwards and upwards; signed Alexander Baumjohann who has ridiculous skill but no backbone, and Senderos from relegated Fulham. And Matt James playing superbly in midfield (CM - att).

After the beta - and before full release, did they make many changes? Or I suppose what is a better question is have there been any meaningful patches?

I still found there was a likely corner exploit (centre back scored 14 goals despite being injured for around 2 months) and I got Hinckley promoted losing only one league game all season.

I'm not generally that good at the game. Has it been tweaked and noticeably improved now its on full release?

I have the full release by the way and have dabbled with it, but lost interest within a week due to the ease with which I'd won Hinckley's division.

My friend is having a good game as Rangers where you can only sign young players (transfer embargo) and the board continues to sell your best players for beneath true value. Might try that.

Try and use the loan market, if you can get them in without paying the wages, Even better.

Use Leicester as much as you can, as they're technically a parent club.

Elliot Benyon from Burton scored a few goals for me, Tom Hopper is also a good loan for the season.

OK I'm about to go into first game of the season, I offered for the likes of Hopper, Taft, Panayitou at the start and Leicester rejected saying they wanted them to play at a higher level. But the game goes on

Played 2 lost 2 so far. Can't seem to score and no one seems to want to join me on loan.

Absolutely shocking. I finished 2nd in the league to Mlada Boleslav despite levelling my record points haul for a season. Dropped just 14 points all season, finished 1 point behind and won my final 9 league games. Also lost the FA Cup final to the same team.

Had a tough CL group with Dortmund, Atl Madrid and Spurs. Was two minutes from being eliminated in game 5 when my 16yr old striker came on and got an equaliser away at Spurs. Scenario then was if Dortmund beat Spurs and I win, I finish 2nd. Dortmund-Spurs draw and I win, I'll get Europa League football after the winter. Dortmund won 4-1 and I beat Atl Madrid 2-1. Went through with a whopping 7pts.

Came up against Real Madrid again and got absolutely battered by the guy who was a youngster for me and is now a 41m player. He scored 7 against me over the two legs.

So I bought this the other day.

I am currently on my third game as Leicester. Sat in the relegation zone after 10 games.

I was sacked after 30 games in the first game and 12 in the second.

I have tried 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3, 3-5-2, attacking defensive, short passing, long passing, everything.

What am I doing wrong? I've not had anywhere near these sorts of problems before...

Absolutely smashed my 3rd season at Stevenage. 99 points and champions in the Championship was magical but the icing on a ridiculous cake was winning the treble with the FA Cup and League Cup double! Unbelievable Jeff!

Took the Charity Shield the next season too.

My UEFA Cup draw is mental - Ajax, Bordeaux and Sevilla. Not a chance I reckon.

First season i used a Target Man & Poacher, in a 4-4-2 formation with Direct ball and Mixed passing.

Vincent Pericard would be a good signing.

any players that are half decent to loan, the club wont accept because they want them to play at a higher level

and the free transfers either cant afford the wages or non-contract cant afford the appearance fee

fairly basic again mate . try to keep it as simple as possible (but quite attacking) in the lower leagues
