M'Vila wants 130k a week, and Rennes want 32m no thanks.

Looking at Luca Marrone from Juve for 11m 24 looks alright, might have a look Hiljemark now.

Have a butchers at Josip Radosovic or Lorenzo Crisetig. Should both be within your budget,

Lorenzo Cristieg is a definite buy.from the start but the computer has a habit of wasting his potential. Don't be suckered in to over spending on him if you're four seasons in and he's had little first team football.

Made that mistake in 2012, where I bought him in season 3 I think. He develops, but rather slowly. He needs first team football from the off.

I love playing against Newcastle on my Notts Co game:

Capital One Cup 2nd season: Newcastle 1-1 Notts Co (won on pens, Manny Smith scored the winning pen)

Capital One Cup 3rd season: Newcastle 1-1 Notts Co (won on pens, Manny smith scored the winning pen)

FA Cup 3rd Season: Newcastle 2-2 Notts Co (Manny Smith scores the equaliser)

Edit: They finally beat me 1-0 in the replay

Finally took the plunge and Bought it, and the detail seemed scary but it's good when you get into it.

Started as millwall and stayed around 3rd/4th for the entire season then dropped to 6th in the last few games after a shocking run!

Signed Conway, diagoraga and Matthew Briggs on loan. Ross draper , Geoffrey tulasne and salif diao for free.

Henderson finished top scorer in the league with 23 goals and trotter was in the team of the year getting his value up to 6m, after getting 14 goals for me!

Just got beat 3-0 by Bolton in play off final and I'm not happy to see the game still has players that are ridiculously overrated. Like wolves players in old games for example, the likes of Kevin Doyle would get 40+ goals on previous versions, every save I had. This years David n'gog and they signed ji dong won too who would run trough your team every 5 minutes!!

Anyway, started new season. New staff and new players. Wes hoolahan, Andre amougou, Alan judge, Martin Paterson, giannis zaradoukas, Eric lichaj all on frees and signing rudy gestede and mamadou samassa for 250 and 275 k respectively.

Ready for the new season now, 'mon you lions!

A tough couple of hours of holidaying the game was it?

It was yes.

Promoted to the Prem in 3rd season in the Champ

Got relegated, at least I finished 19th instead of 20th. Got a nice transfer kitty of £14.5M to fire me back to the Prem

Can anybody seen me a good tactic that works for leicester?

Which players you got? Bringing in a strong midfielder is a must, I've got Diego Arismendi from Stoke to do that job (brought him in on loan during pre-season with a buy-out clause of 350k, which I duly activated - he's worth 1.3m). It would also be a good idea to sort out a CB on loan as well as getting backup for Konch and De Laet (try Adam Smith from spurs on loan if you don't have anyone in mind). The final change you need to make is getting a versatile winger/attacking mid to provide cover for Marshall, Knocky, Dyer and Gallagher. Mauro Formica of B'burn was available in my game - his 3.2m price tag and failry high wages blew most of my budget though so you may want to look for a loan instead and give yourself more financial security than I've left myself - not helped by the fact I've had difficulty offloading overpaid Becks and other teams seem to refuse to pay wages for players they loan from me. Thankfully Burnley are covering 10k of Beckford's wages and hopefully they'll buy him outright in the next window. That said, Formica's been my best player so far.

You'll also want to sort out the coaching staff and your physios.

After a shocking pre-season where I lost to some very embarrassing sides I'm only 5 games into the season and we're currently 2nd to Charlton of all people with the best goal difference in the league of 8 despite being held to 0-0 and 2-2 draws at Leeds and B'pool respectively. The other results being a spooky 4-0 at Huddersfield where Knocky scored a sensational solo effort and home victories of 3-1 and 2-0 against Cardiff and Boro.

I've found 4-2-3-1(vs Boro in my last game - it was the formation I used in pre-season to shocking effect and I've only just regained confidence in it) and the classic 4-4-2 both useful so far. Don't bother with "fluid" formation settings, let "balanced" be as creative as you get, you're only Leicester and not Real Madrid after all. If you get a couple of goals lead change that to "rigid" and stick your team in defensive, it's what I've done so far to good effect: The only time I've neglected to do so I let a 2 goal lead slip at B'pool.

Key players:

Nuge - best used as a deep-lying forward or a target man in either formation.

Knocky - been very handy as striker #2 in a complete forward capacity in the 4-4-2 or as an attacking inside forward in the RAM position of the 4-2-3-1

Marshall - RM in the 4-4-2 (haven't figured out whether it's better to use him as a wide midfielder or a winger, though I suspect the former due to our lack of strength in the centre) or LAM in the 4-2-3-1 (since Knocky's got the right-hand role) with a support duty. He's very versatile though so can be used anywhere in the 3 as needed.

Formica (in my case) - plays the central AM role in the 4-2-3-1 as an inside forward with a support duty and is versatile enough to play on either side as well, even in the 4-4-2 where he's regularly playing LM so Ben can be RM. I really hope he never gets injured.

Drinky - CM with a support duty, been outstanding so far and is keeping King out of the squad.

Strong central midfielder - CM with a defensive duty. I've got Arismendi playing this role (instead of Danns who's the best choice of players automatically available) and he's looking like a coup at 350k.

Full Backs - let them be on automatic, I prefer having attacking wingbacks in FM, but Konch and De Laet and indeed anyone you can bring in at this level aren't good enough statswise to pull this off.

I'm generally of the opinion that I'll be using 4-4-2 away and 4-2-3-1 at home, results depending of course.

Hope that helps!

Brought this yesterday and started a game with Brighton. I signed Larnell Cole from Manchester United on loan and stuck him on the wing. Good player who keeps getting assists. Won all my pre-season games including wins over West Ham and Lyon.

Finally dragged myself away from my Boro game to have a crack at managing Leicester.

Starting fairly well going into January joint top with Blackburn on around 60 points. Eat your heart out Big Nige.

Been really lucky in the transfer window as Southampton bought both Waggy and Gally for about £3m combined, Sold Beckford for his list price. Shifted Wellens, Futacs and St Ledge out on paid loans with future fees of 1m (Wellens about 100k).

Brought in Adryan, Hiljemark, Radosevic, Correa, Funes Mori (loan), Cesar (loan - Brazillian keeper with 4.5* PA), and a RB/DM/MC who is Brazillian and fairly well known and whose name escapes me. I'll remember later when I'm not at work procrastinating.

After 7 and a half seasons with Notts Co, I got the Celtic job in Feb and within the last 3 months of the season I had won the league, the league cup and the Scottish Cup. First full season I've won the league again, and won the Scottish League Cup. Also into the Final of the Scottish Cup again.

One of my strikers since at Celtic has got 136 goals in 221 games, banging them in

can somebody link a downloadable tactic for leicester that works! On last years FM i took leicester to the europa league in 4 seasons! This year i find myself drawing at home to barnsley and being told to tell the players how good there performance was!? Its so frustrating, i just cant win any games. So if anyone could give me some help/tips it would be appreciated:)

I take no notice of my assistant's team talk suggestions. Get the Hairdryer out pre-match, at half-time and post-match. Usually does the trick for me. Even if I'm winning 1 or 2 nil at half time, I'll still go agressive on them - usually fires them up and they go out and smash it second half.

If you get a win, give them a bit of praise. Anything else; Hairdryer.
