Bugg Posted 6 February 2013 Posted 6 February 2013 What's the best way to end a bad run of form? I'm currently in jan and 3rd in the championship but have been 1st most of the campaign but I have failed to win in 6 games.. Hold a team meeting, always works for me.
Fox92 Posted 7 February 2013 Posted 7 February 2013 After winning the third division with Rangers, ended up winning the second division as well. Of course, I've got more quality than the rest of the teams within the division but still have to manage them. Been brought out now so finally got some decent cash to spend.
norfolkfox222 Posted 7 February 2013 Posted 7 February 2013 sorry if this has been brought up but has there been a update with the january transfers yet? I just started a game and we havent got Wood in our squad. Any ideas?

Bayfox Posted 8 February 2013 Posted 8 February 2013 not until march mate the russian transfer window is still open until the end of feb. 23rd of feb isnt it. So surely they could do all the transfers ready. How many players are going to move to russia in the next 2 weeks?
indierich06 Posted 8 February 2013 Posted 8 February 2013 Now in 2033/34 and finished 2nd in the first season with my Chelsea side that were expected to finish mid-table. Nearly got sacked by October time, then my fortunes turned after I beat runaway leaders Man Utd. Was the first game of a run that saw me win 25 of the remaining 28 games. What kind of teams are dominating the top four in your save? I'm in about 2028 now and Southampton are probably the biggest success story, they've won a few cups, finished in the top four about three years in a row and came very close to winning the league. 23rd of feb isnt it. So surely they could do all the transfers ready. How many players are going to move to russia in the next 2 weeks? Just use the editor to make the transfers you want, if it really bothers you? it's easy enough to do it that way. The patch won't be out until at least mid march, that's just the way it is.

Well i've been in the Czech league with Sparta Prague for 21 seasons I've just moved to England with Chelsea who are about the same sort of team that Everton are in real life. Vichai Raksriaksorn was the chairman funnily enough. Soton I noticed last season beat Barcelona 4-0, although Barca aren't as dominant as they are today. Top 3 last season were Man Utd, Chelsea (2nd in first season) and Man City with Wigan taking 4th. Norwich and Reading are top half, Liverpool mid-table. From what I saw in the newsfeed managing Czech Republic I know that Spurs won the PL recently. Only got the PL and Championship in England and Leicester were relegated first season and have been a yoyo club up until recently. They're now a low-midtable Championship team.

I love it when crap teams come good in-game, always gives me a chuckle.
Brainy Posted 8 February 2013 Posted 8 February 2013 Wish I had loaded all the leagues in England. FM 08 I got as far as 2037, Portsmouth were in the Blue Square South and Oxford were an established PL team. Preston the best team in England
Finnegan Posted 8 February 2013 Posted 8 February 2013 My Leicester save is about fifth season and Liverpool are 19th in the Prem in mid March. They've got 4 games in hand but they've also got a game every three days until the end of the season with a pretty small squad.

Finnegan Posted 8 February 2013 Posted 8 February 2013 Yeah I'm hoping. When I saw their remaining fixtures I was stunned. Something like eleven games in April.
brockmyster Posted 8 February 2013 Posted 8 February 2013 My first season with Reading ended up with Liverpool coming 18th
AjcW Posted 9 February 2013 Posted 9 February 2013 Need someone next to Kweuke upfront. First season. The work permit wankers wont let me sign Montero.. any suggestions?

morris1234 Posted 9 February 2013 Posted 9 February 2013 Went for Quintero as I had four mill Wellington nem. 3.4 mill, MFRC. Wildfried bony - cheap first season but they want 20m+ after that. Mike hanke.
bernys_boys Posted 10 February 2013 Posted 10 February 2013 in a relegation battle against my mate with charlton, can anyone recommend and yound cheap player with good potential? im desperate
indierich06 Posted 11 February 2013 Posted 11 February 2013 Ademilson is worth a buy if you've got £5m to spare.
jamiegoode Posted 12 February 2013 Posted 12 February 2013 I bought FM2013 about a month ago played a little and seems to have lowered LCFC lower than in other releases, we are 100m in debt yet i got asked for a minimum of mid table with only 3m kitty. And we dont seem to have a decent rep. By the way im play FMC at the moment . UPDATE: Sold Beckford to Celtic for 3m, Wellens and Danns to Southampton or 750k each. Waiting on Hargreaves [15k and 2 years no fees] McFadden [20k and 50k fees] Looking for a good ST, W-WMid RL, Holding Mid C, and a RL-CB also a young cover GK
Fox92 Posted 13 February 2013 Posted 13 February 2013 Leicester are in a real mess on mine. They are in administration, have had 10 points deducted and still haven't won a game yet. Got to play loads of 16/17 year old players because the likes of Kasper, Morgan, Konchesky, Nugent etc all left the club for either free, or small fees.
SystonFox Posted 13 February 2013 Posted 13 February 2013 I'm doing really well in my second season as Leicester. Top 4 of the champ is separated by just two points so leader changes game by game. I think I currently lie in 4th with Hull, Saints, myself and Wolves all challenging for the title. February time so fixtures will come thick and fast. Need automatic promo!
BstarFox Posted 14 February 2013 Posted 14 February 2013 Does potential and ability meen that much as I've found a mint regen with stats including 20 dribling 19 free kick taking 18 crossing 17 corners but ability is only 2 stars and potential is 3 and a half, cheers
