Apparently it's because the black players on the England team have been racially abused. Yep I saw it. Danny Rose was getting monkey chants from the stands and their players saying something and got a second yellow for kicking a water bottle. Then the England players and staff were being attacked by the Serbians as they tried to get off the pitch.

Great win for the U21's though, beating the Serbs 2-0 on aggregate to progress to the finals for the fourth tournament in a row

Presumably Danny Rose's skin colour tells us that he is dangerous like 50 Cent, intimidating the Serbs and starting the trouble. €50,000 fine to the FA for playing somebody who was black in a football stadium without prior consent.
