kingfox Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Don't laugh but, on a pay as play deal................. Robbie Fowler! Looking for a club and could solve our 'natural goalscorer' problem That is worse than the Emile Sinclair call.
Fox42 Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 If we are still in the auto promotion chase come January: Adam Smith (RB) Jack Robinson (LB) Harry Kane (CF) Jamaal Lascelles (CB) I know it seems surreal and a bit too early/optimistic but I thought I'll have a punt at it anyway... But for now, I'd look at the last two on loan.
ian the fox Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Are you trying to make amends, because Col owned you? taking the piss werent I , thicko

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 That is worse than the Emile Sinclair call. Almost as bad as your hideous footballing opinion.
Ric Flair Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Frazier Campbell from Sunderland should be our number 1 target on loan for the rest of the season, but Pearson just wouldn't go for such an established player.

Ric Flair Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Former Man Utd youth, he'll be on the list. Haha I forgot about that! I'm slightly more confident now.
Guest Col city fan Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Vaclav Kadlec from Sparta Prague Good shout that. Good player
indierich06 Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Good shout that. Good player I'd love it, but would he want to come here? A bit out of our reach IMO. Far more likely that we'd go for a player from some european league we've never heard of, or a young premier league reserve on loan. Seems to be Pearson's M.O. I'd like us to get John Guidetti, but it'll never happen, even though he looks like he's not going to get a sniff at Man City.

I can see Guidetti ending up somewhere like Wigan.
Happy Fox Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 From the lower leagues Matt Richie, Nahki Wells and Harry Maguire.
Father Ted Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 That's not what I asked though is it? What are you basing your 'if he was an ice cream he'd lick himself' comment on?' Jay is a hard working, developing footballer. Also a very pleasant guy. Schooled at Arsenal, big and strong and still only 22. His physical presence could be vital to a small team like ours. Regarding Ipswich.. Watch them improve now under McCarthy. And Jay will be an important player for them IMO. I'd like to see him at the City without a doubt. Jay Emmanuel Thomas is pure gash, he's the new Tricky Trev
Father Ted Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Not sure if they're mentioned already but I'd go for one of Martin Paterson (Burnley) or Chris Wood (West Brom), two strikers I rate highly at this level.
indierich06 Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Max Clayton from Crewe would be a good shout IMO. Again though, not sure if we could get him. Highly rated by Crewe.
scinnell Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 What's wrong with Emile Sinclair? Past and strength, we need a striker but Pearson isn't going go out there and spend 10 million on Charlie Austin, give Sinclair a chance for 500k!

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 And are yours any better? Well, yeah.
dpjfox Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 dont forget the criteria : MUST BE EX MAN U TRAINEE
kingfox Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Well, yeah. And people call me arrogant and cocky
Father Ted Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 Come back and give a view when you've actually sampled some.... Cutting edge humour once more Colin.
Lambert09 Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 I think we should offer ££££££££££££££££££££££££ for Tony Hibbert
