Corky Posted 4 November 2012 Posted 4 November 2012 Lee Camp is a Red, is a Red, is a Red, Lee Camp is a Red, he loves Derby. Good video btw
ealingfox Posted 4 November 2012 Posted 4 November 2012 Could have expanded on the main points, but overall a concise, logical and accurate argument. 8.5/10. Top work.
Bugg Posted 5 November 2012 Posted 5 November 2012 Why the **** are they talking about Forest? Because they're in Nottingham?
Yojoe36 Posted 5 November 2012 Posted 5 November 2012 I like the part where he calls Nottingham a town
marko Posted 5 November 2012 Posted 5 November 2012 lol "No surprise you play for a loser town like Nottingham" Quick, someone tell him they won the European Cup about 700 years' ago.
Carl the Llama Posted 5 November 2012 Posted 5 November 2012 I seem to be the only one entirely unimpressed. It's a wrestler, whose thesaurus of family-friendly insults is just the word loser with different inflections, pandaing to the local fans by showing he knows what the score in their last match was. That spelling mistake up there was deliberately done so I could make a terrible intro to this much better video:

I'm with you, didn't find one part of it funny.
Kitchandro Posted 5 November 2012 Posted 5 November 2012 I'm with you, didn't find one part of it funny. I thought the part where he took the piss out of Lee Camp and Notting-ham was funny.

A classic professional wrestling tactic is to take the piss out of the local town's sports team so they boo you. People on this forum find it funny because he happens to be taking the piss out of one of our local rivals. I suppose StanSP could apologise if it doesn't happen to suit your high-brow sense of humour, or alternatively you could try taking things a little less seriously.

Some people need to lighten up.
Anorak Posted 6 November 2012 Posted 6 November 2012 Exactly. Even the wrestling term for it is 'cheap heat' - both wrestler and crowd know their role in it, it's only pantomime after all. Kurt Angle was the master of it, he always went into much more detail about a teams failings (not 'haha, you lost yesterday etc) and his delivery was spot on.

Thanks for the Wrestling info, but regardless of your opinion on the sport it doesn't change the fact that it's awful dialogue. I'll be waiting for Stan's apology that he failed to match the standard of high-brow humour and seriousness of Sneezing Panda.
