Manwell Pablo Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 What fuss have I made?, and you accuse me of putting words in peoples mouths. Your opinions may only be implied but they are clear enough to me, just a shame you seem reluctant to actually give a worthwhile contribution instead of just asking annoying and pointless questions.
Rocket-Ron Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 It must have been the Whetstone half.. Everyone in Blaby's ace
Mark_w Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 I don't condone a lot of things it doesn't make them a crime. Yeah I guess, but clearly racism is a crime that should be punished, as is using racist language in an aggressive way.
The Guvnor Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 This is such an emotive subject.Racism is disgusting, the recent highlighted incident England under 21 v Serbia shows the lack of intigration and education in Eastern European countries. I do feel however that the same emphasis of importance should be displayed for bullying in general. Hundreds of kids suffer at school and some take their own lives as a result, eradicate all forms of bullying equally!
Manwell Pablo Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 Yeah I guess, but clearly racism is a crime that should be punished, as is using racist language in an aggressive way. Not in by the police in all cases, waste of tax payers money. See John Terry.
Dr The Singh Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 Not shocked at this, any form a racism in any sport is wrong, these kids are only 15, for the crowd to behave as such is wrong, for players to behave this way is wrong. It shows society has a long way to go to get rid of this scurge. My kid has trained with B & W and has played against Nirvana. Nirvana are a intimidating team, but I didn't get the feeling of racism. B & W, no issues there either. Overall i would hate my kid to suffer racist abuse at a sporting game, for one he has no concept of race or racism, I would like it to remian that way!
James. Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 Not in by the police in all cases, waste of tax payers money. See John Terry. I'm more than happy for my tax to be put towards making John Terry's life miserable.

Good point having been bullied and being racially abused majority of my life, as a child it was very distressing, if it were not for my close friends and peers, god knows how I may have turned out!!
Manwell Pablo Posted 8 November 2012 Posted 8 November 2012 I'm more than happy for my tax to be put towards making John Terry's life miserable. fair point. The FA seems more capable of that though so why not leave it to them.
Stadt Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 I play at under 15's and have played against Nirvana, they're definately not a 'welcoming' team and I know a few of the B & W team and they've been told not to answer any questions
Father Ted Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 It wouldnt surprise me. My brother played for Khalsa at under 10s and when they played Quorn, racist abuse was hurled at them. The matter was 'sorted' by the FA. Doesnt surprise me really, Ive been told to '**** off on my plane back to Poland' before. There are some real backwards teams out there and yes they are isolated incidents but nonetheless racism exists in Sunday league football whether people like to believe it or not.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 11 November 2012 Posted 11 November 2012 these black lawyers are getting everywhere atm. Have they nothing better to do
Nick Posted 11 November 2012 Posted 11 November 2012 these black lawyers are getting everywhere atm. Have they nothing better to do You're a knife-edge away from turning into acooling.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 11 November 2012 Posted 11 November 2012 You know what i mean though. I'd never heard them til two weeks ago and since then theyve become prominent to me three times.
Dylan Posted 11 November 2012 Posted 11 November 2012 Played for Nirvana for about 5-6 years from about the age of 7 till 13/14... although it was rare, some opposition players, and even some spectators, have definitely made inappropriate comments with regards to race every now and then, so it does happen on occasions.
K1FOX Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 You friends with Akil Howson? He's reffing our game on Sunday. Top lad akil howson! Good ref aswell
John Keaney Posted 18 November 2012 Posted 18 November 2012 I have two sons in youth football and have had the misfortune for my sons to play against Leicester Nirvana on many occasions, they are the most disgusting club I have watched. The supporters are a disgrace and the players and officials no better, perhaps worse, and that has nothing to do with colour! I am not suprised the race card has come out and having been around the league here for 10 years there will be very few people who watch local football who will disagree, I think Leicester Nirvana should have been thrown out of local football years ago.

Aleksz Posted 18 November 2012 Posted 18 November 2012 Hmm, joined today and this as your only post- have you joined to be a twat? As you've just proved you dont need 1400+ posts to be a twat. He's merely offering an anecdote of his personal experience, dont nibble at it. GNG are also a horrible club to play.
Bettsj2 Posted 18 November 2012 Posted 18 November 2012 Racism at any age is disgusting, but like many on here I dont have any sympathy for Leicester Nirvana. As far as racism goes, they lead the way. A truly disgraceful team run by a truly disgraceful man. They may well have been abused but as its them involved, I'm not surprised in the slightest. The way they behave is basically all that is wrong in society. All you hear from there management and players in a matchday is white this, honky that etc etc. Sucking teeth and I heard one of them saying they would rape an opposition members mum if they tackled them again. Nobody deserves racism but if you act like they act, it really isnt a shock that this hasnt happened before.
John Keaney Posted 19 November 2012 Posted 19 November 2012 Didn't realise Dylan that you had to be a long term member to voice an opinion but I am guessing from you comment that is how you see freedom of speech! To be honest this Nirvana thing has incenced me like many others who have had the misfoutune to watch them play football and abuse not only the opposing players but also the parents and spectators of opposing teams and have voiced their opinions here. Racism works both ways and being decent people costs nothing Leicester Nirvana as a club have lost sight of both and perhaps you have too? I am guessing you either play for Nirvana or have an association with them well shame on you if thats the case. Unless of course you are really Lional Messi as your tag suggests, who is really the twat!? I think enough people have commented on this website and others to show that whilst racism should never be tolerated enough doubt has been voiced about the integrity of Leicester Nirvana,at all levels, that any complaint made by that club should be treated with extreme caution and concern should be voiced as to the real reason they are making the complaint. The U15 sides are some of the worst in that club and the first team at that age group in particular. Hope its OK for me to comment now Dylan as its my second post?

Shame on me if I've played for Nirvana, and why is that? I played for them between around 2003-2008, and whilst with a lot of teams everything was okay, there were a few teams who's players/supporters language/actions were disgusting, which is why I'm not really surprised at this at all...

It genuinely is hilarious how this sudden hate campaign against Leicester Nirvana has started when they are 'allegedly' the victims.

Dylan if you have to ask that question having read all the posts on this site and others concerning Leicester Nirvana Football Club then I am sorry but this whole subject is way over your head, I have come across many of the problems described by others on this site regarding Nivana so its not isolated. I realise you played for them but you need to wake up to the fact that the club is a disgace and its nothing to do with colour or any other trumped up reason that might be given. I don't think there should be any place for them in local football.
