Mack Posted 7 December 2012 Posted 7 December 2012 There is one of two scenarios here for me. 1/ All these people being accused were sex cases. 2/ Anyone with an axe to grind against someone can currently make an allegation of an illegal sex act to the old bill and have them nicked and their public reputation ruined. One thing if for sure, Clifford will have a list of enemies as long as your arm.

Should the police drop charges due to lack of evidence, Clifford's enemies, of which there will be many, will be encouraging his alleged victim to launch a civil case against him. They may also be encouraging the victim to sell their story to the highest bidder, in which case Clifford will have to either impose a gagging order, or have to pay the victim off. Remember he did this with John Terry for his client Vanessa Peroncel, Bridge's ex? Reputedly for high six figures of which he would have taken a hefty cut. He will have to fork out an equivalent amount. And regardless of his guilt or otherwise, his reputation is forever tarnished. The phrases "do unto others.." and "what goes around comes around..." readily spring to mind!!

I mean, I've never fancied it, but boy would you be regretting it now if you've dabbled. Which I haven't. I too am, err, delighted that I, umm, never so much looked at a boy's firm, ripe, taught pair of buttocks. Plus, if anybody think s they saw me doing so, I should like to point out that I have a focussing disorder which means I have to stare at near objects. And I was in Brighton that day anyway.
