I remember us signing a lad called Trotter in the early 90s. He was shite (or at least I think he was; not sure he ever played). Anyway, the joke still stands - what a plonker!

Mike Trotter. Little signed him and Jimmy Willis was the makeweight.

if we get wood where does that leave futacs and schlupp? are they going to be loaned out? I think we'll have too many strikers if we keep them all.

Jeffrey is a left-back now.

From Darlington wasn't it?

It was. The only time I saw him play was away at Bristol Rovers (Twerton Park). I think we'd just won 7 on the bounce or something.

Mick Trotter. He's a manager at a Royal Mail delivery office now :)

You've made another thread saying good info so what is your source?

I'd be surprised if we got him with Millwall having a bid accepted for him as well, I'd expect he might go there.

Don't forget his parent club is West Brom and has been for three years, I'd imagine he'd be more settled in the Midlands.

We could also offer him more wedge than Millwall.

I thought that too, only reason I said it was the fact he might want to be a big fish in a small pond there at Millwall, while he'll he'll be the opposite here, also the fact someone said he'd just bought a flat down there.
