What on earth happened to Lowry?

Been out all day but presumably today was meant to be 'easier' to play on compared to last 2 days.

He played in pouring rain for his whole round

but the others managed better than he did and given his Irish upbringing he should have held it together better

too much in front of him now I reckon

tomorrow looks generally better although a bit of dampness possible later on - I think one of the Americans brings it home at around eight under

That shot from Scheffler on 17 was incredible. 240 yards and sticks it to 2 feet.

It was beautiful to see some of them hit driver off 17 today.

Matthew Jordan said he knew it was driver but hit 3 wood instead knowing he'd be 30 yards short because he couldn't make himself hit driver on a par 3 :D

I'm predicting a shootout between Scottie and Xander at the business end of tomorrow.

There'll be plenty of twists and turns though.

Think we'll wonder around in the morning, take in the range and putting green, then do a few holes with DJ and Morikawa.

Play it by ear after that.

Turned in to me for the last few holes, those slices made me feel better about my game

Got a feeling there may be a play off tomorrow.

First one for 9 years.

Will it be a more settled day weather wise ?

Going to make a big difference if there will be changes in conditions.

The breeze is stiff and will play its part

seeing Thomas go out of bounds off the first tee and then into a fairway bunker with his third makes me feel better about my golf !

he will lose three shots at the first and any dreams he had of competing are gone within his first two shots !

So many great shots, even with this wind. It’s a must-see back 9 for the leaders. Lawrence (aka Tom Hardy’s South African doppelgänger) already playing it safe, feels like it’s the Rose/Schauffele pairing that will make a move.

Was that Lawrence with a West Ham-themed bag???

If I was a betting man I'd probably lump on Xander right now.

If only I was a betting man
