Yeah I seen him he sat a few rows infront of me, he did very well. Found it funny when a copper called him over and he thought he was going to be nicked :)

Yeah that was funny. He just said 'so did you win?' lol

More positives than negatives to come out of today. They only threatened from long range, we defended really well as unit. Everyone worked hard.

Some good individual performances. King and Morgan the two standouts.

Thanks Bert at last some good perspective! Wasn't there , listened and I feel it's a good result on a sh*t tip of a pitch! Those overreacting as usual I suggest you get a grip! There's a very long way to go and plenty more twists and turns ala today. Just get behind your fvcking team and wind your necks in. :chant:

As mentioned, only a penalty or wonder free kick would have won this and we didn't take that chance.

Anyone know the reason why Blackpool stewards were being utter t*ats by the way? Had to literally run down the isle to get away from one as for some reason he was trying to throw me out when all I was doing was singing!

Maybe he was scared, they're not used to that.

Can't believe some fans are saying we'll be lucky to get play-offs or they'd rather finish below them. What? You don't want us to have a chance of promotion, and we'll be lucky to finish in the top six despite being at least 5th since late September?

Today was an opportunity missed, you need to win matches like this if we want to finish second but it did seem like the performance was improved.

We have to win on Tuesday, anything less will be very disappointing.

I want to keep banging this Vardy drum for a bit...

The team have been four times more likely to score without him playing, than with him playing, since the Barnsley game.

Obviously this doesn't come close to being the sole reason for poor form, or today's lack of goals, but it does question the merits of him being a first reserve right now. With him being employed as a regular 'impact sub', perhaps this goes some way towards explaining our difficulty scoring late goals.

 I just do not understand this type of attitude. Are you going to support the team or be against the team? Please make up your mind and if it's the latter please *iss off!

The rot has been stopped, we played all right in patches (according to the radio) and are the next few fixtures are against teams who are more likely to come and have a go. We are much better against teams like this. Onwards and upwards! :trumpet::pearson:

I don't get you, I want the team and club to do as well as possible. Having a player that can't play football isn't going to help us. You fvcking idiot

Didn't go today but have a season ticket and against Charlton it was obvious we wasnt closing down from the front as quick as what we have been doing!

Was this the case today?

Can't be arsed writing a big report on it, but the performance was miles better. It was a professional performance and had that penalty gone in we would have been very satisfied and praised the players for winning away on what can only be described as the worst football pitch i have ever seen. They barely troubled us, and on another day we would have won 2-0.

It wasn't to be the case, but at least it was an improvement on Peterborough & Charlton.

Sounded (enjoyed Bournes commentary btw) like we played pretty well and were unlucky with the peno miss.

Think Cardiff and Watford are pretty solid as the guaranteed promo spots. but i still think weve got enough to make and then do well in the PO's

Kane sounded like an OK start, understandable to need some time but a couple of good things.

A point was the the very least required. Lets one of the games in hand is not wasted next week.

Poor game but I could watch Wes Morgan defend all day.

Good thing the pub after the game made up for it, whoever DJs in The Manchester on the Prom deserves a medal - some hectic scenes in there.

Having read the reactions on FT to yesterday, it seems a 'foreigner' has yet again cost us promotion by deliberately missing a penalty. I suggest we abuse his geographical origins and boo him relentlessly until he takes his sorry arse elsewhere and learns that you're not allowed a mistake at LCFC. Chris the Frog Kiwi out !! Booooo. ;)

If that penalty had gone in we'd all be pleased as punch, especially with the other results. Criminal to miss the target but his goals helped us through Jan. Time for another winning run, which we have proved we are capable of.

Agreed. Also, would rather have a 'blip' now than nearer to the end of the season.

Sorry I don't understand all the 'If' comments.

Obviously if Wood had scored the penalty we'd all be happy, but what if Blackpool had have managed to get an equaliser it would still have been a draw.

If we'd won all our games this season, we'd be top of the leauge and probably have won the league by now.

If we're going use the word if we can make up any scenario we want.

It's only 2 letters but if is a big word and changes alot of statements.

Talking of the word if let me take you back to statement that one of our past managers made which sums the word up;

"If my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle"

Fact is we didn't score the penalty, we aren't all pleased as punch and if things don't go our way on Tuesday we will have gone from looking pretty in 2nd to outside the playoff places within what? 3 weeks?

Of course you can but that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that the Blackpool result was a fraction from being a perfect away performance. A lot of people on here are talking like we're the worst side in the league at the moment.
