acooling08 Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Not a bad point, but should have won it with the chances we had. Hull and Palace lost, but Watford won yet again. Tuesday night is a MUST win now. Starting to look over our shoulders as much as looking towards 2nd now.
cc_star Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Frustrating. Wood's Penno miss cost us. Positives are that we eradicated our recent mistakes at the back & nullified some good attacking players, on the downside... they did the same to us. Oh well, the last time we lost 2 league games than halted it with a 0-0 away draw we went on to a run which saw us rise to second. Same again please!!!
Kitchandro Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Very frustrating. We were begging for Hull to lose today and we got it. We didn't take advantage and we've only ourselves to blame.
kingfox Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Oh dear. Disappointing is a good word to sum that game up. What a shit month
Blanesta Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Well, a bit of a frustrating time at the minute, 1 more point on the board though!
Guest Bilo Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 One point from nine against Peterborough, Charlton and Blackpool is disappointing to say the least. Imperative we arrest this mini slump on Tuesday.
Happy Fox Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Absolutely shit that we didn't win with the chances we had oh well 42 points still to play for, a creative midfielder is needed perhaps?
JonnyBoy Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 what a horrible, horrible result. Season slowly slipping away from us same old Leicester
Out Foxed Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Not ****ing good enough Not ****ing good enough
Yojoe36 Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 We can't do anything but win on Tuesday now. We're going to get knocked out the top 6 the way it's going.
ruisliptiger Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Understandable result considering the pitch. I feel Hull City got let off the hook today, with results elsewhere. Still all to play for.
foxesfan1989 Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Needed a pen / free kick to score today on that pitch. Got what we needed and blew it.
Webbo Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Come back Stringer, all is forgiven. Crap match, worse commentary.
Wakeyfox Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Not ****ing good enough Not ****ing good enough I second that (or is it third?)
MooseBreath Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Six games since we last played well. Time to earn your wage Nigel.
Callabinho Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Stops the loosing run I guess, for me second is out of the question now, looks like we will have to fight for a play off place. I'd rather stay put than go through the pain of the playoffs!
Foxhateram Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Not a bad result considering our recent form and the 'terrible pitch'. A win on Tuesday will put us right back in the mix, win the other game in hand and we will only be two points behind 2nd. Shame we have thrown away the advantage we had, but every team needs to have a blip at some point. Hopefully we will come back strong now and finish the season strongly. Another one of those winning streaks will see us into the auto's at the right time.
Libertine Dream Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Take a point but we had the chance but blew it. Need a winning run now and a midfielder to create something
J.Lisemore Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Not looking good, we'll be lucky to get play-offs.
LcFc_Smiv Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 The optimist would say a draw gives us a base to build on, win the games in hand and we're two points off second. It's still wide open, hopefully Hull go on a bad run, Watfords still to come. Don't believe in this we're throwing it away shit, we've got enough about us to stay in the run in, everyone goes through patches.
Bettsj2 Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 Weird feeling. We never seem to draw. I suppose its a good point as long as we win on Tuesday. Shame about the pen but fvck it.
Matt Posted 23 February 2013 Posted 23 February 2013 So 3 comments that will be said on RL after todays games. 1) Atleast results went our way again. - What's the point in looking at other teams when we can't do the job ourselves, we do our bit we don't need to worry about anyone else. 2) The pitch was rubbish. - Get over it, deal with it, you knew what you were coming to, prepare youselves, yes Blackpool are 'used to it', but if we're going look at using excuses like that why don't we get our pitch in that condition and get 'used to it', we could use it as our home advantage. 3) The referee was rubbish. (Not sure if he was or not, but its a favourite excuse) - He gave us a penalty, he gave us a chance, we fucked the guilt edged chance up. Sounds like a frustrating afternoon like it has been for the last 5 or 6 games. Oh well move on to another (Probably) frustrating game on Tuesday.
