Its still over 24 hours away but thought Id make a poll/prediction thread for this massive game!

Whats everyones thoughts on whats going to happen? Will we do it or will we be starting August in the CCC again?

I personally am worried, I cant see Watford not scoring...the question is when? 0-0 HT and we could make them sweat and knick 1 to kill it off...However  fear they will score in the first 30 and itll be a tough slog from them on and they will go on to win it! Hope im wrong but my guess is:

Watford 2-0 Leicester

Deeney 22

Foresteri 74

My heart says we can hold it 0-0, knick 1 and look to kill it off...they give a late fightback but we ride our luck and hold on for the win!

Watford 1-1 Leicester

Deeney 81   King 67

CMON LEICESTER!

Your predictions?

I'd rather not predict for this one, but I think if we can score in the first 20 minutes and just keep closing them down, we'll be fine. Trying to just defend our lead won't work, but Pearson already said we need to win both legs so I expect an attacking display. COYB!

I think if we can keep a clean sheet in this game we'll probably make it through to the final. I honestly believe that. None of your nasty comments please. I have my beliefs, and you have yours. We're actually very alike in many ways. Maybe we could go for a drink after the match then back to my place. I have a hardcore porn parody of only fools and horses I'm dying to share with someone.

Head says they'll win by a goal in 90 minutes and it'll be in the lap of the gods thereafter.

Heart says they'll go all out for a win and be caught on the break by Dyer and Schlupp.

Not lost a game by more than 1 goal with Morgan in defence and not lost a game by 2 goals all season (without Morgan)... I'm more than optimistic we can do this

That's a very good point actually. Would hate this to be the only game of the season when we do!

Don't know about winning at Vicarage Road, but then again, it seems like we've regained that form that carried us through the winter months.

We haven't won at their place for a couple of years now (I remember that odd 3-3 draw quite clearly still), so maybe we can revert the fortunes once more.

Of course, I'd love to see us win, but with a talented opposition that will surely try to make amends for the display in the first leg, we've got to be cautious without neglecting our own attacking play.

Heart says narrow win, head goes for a nerve-wrecking draw.

I'd rather not predict either but we can't just defend, however I do hope we can keep it tight and the longer the game stays 0-0, the more frustrated their fans will get and the more Watford will attack, which could leave them open to our counter attacks.

We don't have the best record at Vicarage Road in terms of conceding. Two this season, and we've conceded three goals in each of the games in the last three years (3-3, 3-2 and 3-2).

Very excited though. Hope we can win, or draw. As long as we get to the final, come on Leicester...

Three years ago we produced a strong performance to win the away playoff leg 3-2 in the 90 minutes, and even lead 3-1, at a tough Cardiff.

Only King and Dyer remain from the squad that day, but I hope they remind the other players what can be achieved in an away second leg in the playoffs.

Yes we lost on penalties, and yes the links between that game and this Sunday is the bare minimum,

But most importantly that was a Nigel Pearson lead and motivated side, and man for man we have improved light years since that game.

This time around we go with a 1-0 lead rather than a 1-0 deficit, and that could prove crucial come Sunday afternoon.

The pressure is massive again, Pearson will be looking for a repeat of three years ago in 90 minutes, which this time would lead us to Wembley.

Deeney isnt that dangerous. he's one player. nothing special. its not like they had messi suspended. We can keep him out the game. Justt keep the back 4/5 switched on and kasper keeping them in shape and we are all gonna be scrapping for wembley tickets.

It was also 40 odd years since we won at the Shitty Ground... the past week will be a 'changing history' week, finishing the job tomorrow when we win :scarf:

Going for a 1-1 draw tomorrow which will see us at Wembley...

The first goal is going to be crucial if we can get it then there heads will drop and the fans will be silenced coyb

fans will probably be silent anyway based on recent turn ups at The Vic
