I honestly do not rate him, there is better out there and he is tiny as well (1.70m) - hardly an imposing figure to help deal with defending set pieces too. Schlupp is a better LB now than Cresswell is. Basically, Happy Fox has been raving about him and so now everybody else can't expand their minds and so just mention him too.

DanTheFox07 Posted 16 May 2013 Posted 16 May 2013 The biggest priority is signing a new left back in my opinion! we have had little cover in this position, I know Schlupp has came in and done a good job, but I expect schlupp to starting up front more than often next season.

It's not just cover we need though is it? I think we need someone who's going to come in and be our number one left back. Out of every player currently involved, and even the management, Konchesky is the one that needs replacing the most. He has been a pretty good player over the years, and in his first year with us was quite decent. But everything about him seems to have downhill over the course of this season. He's just not good enough more and I don't think we'll achieve what we want with him as part of the first 11. I'll be very, very disappointed if he starts the first game of next season.
