LCFC FOX Posted 25 July 2013 Posted 25 July 2013 Pete O'Rourke â€@SkySportsPeteO37s Leicester have rejected a bid from Brentford for defender Liam Moore. #lcfc #bees
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 25 July 2013 Posted 25 July 2013 Would you sell him for £1,000,000? Doubt they bid anything near that though, if they did at all.
WhenYourSmilingLCFC Posted 25 July 2013 Posted 25 July 2013 Might be wise to loan him out so we can bring another more experienced CB in. Unlikely though
foxesfan1989 Posted 25 July 2013 Posted 25 July 2013 No way will we be selling defenders the current state we are in surely. Especially up and coming academy products.
GingerrrFox Posted 25 July 2013 Posted 25 July 2013 In a 4-4-2 he's starting next to Wes for me. In a 3-5-2 he's starting RCB. Unless we make any new signings at the position.
Wymsey Posted 25 July 2013 Posted 25 July 2013 I thought he was quite decent last season, despite his lack of experience. I don't think Pearson will even consider him now, though.
Leicesterpool Posted 25 July 2013 Posted 25 July 2013 I don't think we could even afford to send him out on loan, if we get an injury at the back then i simply don't trust Whitbread!
OakFox12 Posted 25 July 2013 Posted 25 July 2013 Send them Gallagher in a Liam Moore mask. That's the One! :L
Raw Dykes Posted 25 July 2013 Posted 25 July 2013 Might be wise to loan him out so we can bring another more experienced CB in. Unlikely though Moore's wages will be less than an experienced CB of similar ability, so we'd have to get a pretty good loan fee for that to work. I doubt Brentford would want to pay up that much just to borrow him. We need to bring a defender in really, so I can't see any leaving.
MPH Posted 26 July 2013 Posted 26 July 2013 Defender with potential who can play CB or RB and is on a cheap wage. Would be madness for us to sell him in todays financial climate...
Rusko187 Posted 26 July 2013 Posted 26 July 2013 I can vouch for this, a friend from work is really in with the Brentford hierarchy... They won't be going back in for him as Rossler has doubts about his height and wants someone taller, but Brentford board put the offer in.
dannythefox Posted 26 July 2013 Posted 26 July 2013 A good young player just the sort of player Pearson likes in his squad no chance he would off load him!
