Playing well at times, however have to say is same old from vardy - terrible first touch

Even my French co-commentary has noted that Vardy doesn't read the game well, usually staring at the ground and that he has a rather bad first touch.

And that's the first time he's seen him play. lol

Speedy - yes. But not at lot to offer in other departments.

It's painfully obvious that SSL and Whitbread are nowhere near good enough.

I'll give them time (no other option) you can see they are nervous and it will take time to know their positions etc in this formation.

That 23/20 with Bet 365 was hilarious. Pays for £45 worth of Dominos tonight

chrikey blimey....... they are a better team than us..... you should all know that. expect them to dominate and create chances. this is just a fitness exercise.

Maybe because it's a friendly and players don't want to risk too much going into the new season?

Doesn't seem to be stopping Whitbread. Odds on him breaking Falcao before the end of the game and Monaco suing us into oblivion?

I think Whitbread has played ok.

Vardy looks lost.

It's no good having wide men in a midfield five when neither can cross the ball! For all their running, there's no final ball.

I said this would be an embarrassment, it's soon to become one.

It's a friendly against a Ligue 1 side with loads of class players, a team that is trying to emulate PSG. lol

We've had some pretty good spells and there's promising signs.

Defensively, we look already rather rattled. But I suppose it's because our centre-backs are not yet used to play a 3-5-2.
