Konchesky isn't that strong going forward any longer so technically we've got a very defensive line-up but perhaps that's needed in some games? Fancy Knockaert and Marshall to come on just behind Wood 2nd half and run riot Indeed, first half a defensive 352 second half an attacking version I'd imagine.

wolfgang amadeus Posted 27 July 2013 Posted 27 July 2013 Will be interesting to see how this 3-5-2 works against a good team, worried theres going to be too much space between the strikers and the rest of the team especially with Drinkwater/King/James in the middle but hopefully they can force the issue and keep hold of the ball giving De Laet enough time to get forward.

Would have thought he'd be short of fitness to get straight back in the team when the league starts too, having not played any games.
